Hi doctor i wanted to bring your towards a patient a child (14 years old) i have prepared a summary which you can go through below. summary Patient exhibits aggressive and provocative behavior, with frequent outbursts (twice to thrice a day) that are both verbal and physical. The first severe outburst occurred in August 1st week. During these episodes, he becomes violent, attacking those closest to him, including his parents and brother. His speech is characterized by accusations of being "bad" and claims of conspiracy against him. After the outbursts, he displays remorseful behavior, crying and showing guilt. Physical attacks are severe and pose a risk of harm to himself or others. He also exhibits unusual behaviors such as spitting on objects and people, and attempting to lick them. Patient's history reveals: * Early childhood difficulties with keeping up in school * Competition with younger brother (2 years his junior) * Possible neglect or feeling neglected by parents due to favoritism towards the younger sibling * Lack of friends at school * Issues with making eye contact, paying attention, and lack of confidence Before the first outburst, he showed signs of: * Avoiding eye contact * Difficulty paying attention * Lack of confidence in performing or speaking when prompted The patient is currently under neurologist care after the initial outburst. Despite multiple episodes, we were unable to identify triggers or deescalate outbursts without using restraint. ----- the child is currently staying in prayagraj at his home. we wanted to bring him for a physical visit but his condition get uncontrollable very quickly . we were hoping that based on the summary if you can prescribe any medicine or suggest some with which can get him to state at which we could be able to bring him from prayagraj to lucknow for a physical. his condition is very serious and its getting worse. please contact as soon as possible

I am 15 years old, I drank an energy drink at 4pm with 200mg of caffeine. I have never had an energy drink before, I was normal until now at 9pm and I feel jittery anxious and on edge and my chest kind of hurts but I don’t know if it is just the anxiety or what. Please help me is this normal.

Female | 15

A high-energy beverage containing a lot of caffeine might be responsible for your current state. You know, caffeine can make some people feel nervous and jumpy or even give them a tight chest. The deal is that caffeine is a drug; it stimulates the body. To get well, you need to take water, calm down, and don't touch anything containing caffeine.

I have trouble falling back to sleep when I wake up in middle of the night. What do I do?

Male | 25

One of the reasons that might be causing this is probably stress or anxiety. Although you need to sleep, your mind is busy processing thoughts that have been bothering you. Try relaxation exercises. One example is meditation through deep breathing or exercises to keep your mind off the problem. You can chat with a sleep specialist if this continues.

It seems that your moods and eating habits are changing significantly, which could be worrying. Such conditions might be the result of numerous factors including stress, hormone fluctuations, and the like. Your well-being should be your priority. Please, develop a routine consisting of a balance between nutrition and physical activity that will be the reason for your improved mood and energy. Apart from that, social interactions with your close ones can help to alleviate.
