Could Lower Abdominal and Back Pain Indicate Early Pregnancy or Missed Pregnancy?
I have pain in lower abdomen since yesterday and also back pain and my periods are not dated yet so is it my missed pregnancy or early pregnancy symptoms and I had one missed pregnancy before. Is. And I had my periods on the 1st of March so how long do I have to wait for a pregnancy test?

It is difficult to diagnose without performing physical examination. On the other hand, the lower abdominal pain and back pain are frequently the early symptoms of pregnancy. As you have had a missed pregnancy once, it is advisable that you make an appointment with your gynecologist for an evaluation. A test can be taken between 1 and 2 weeks after a missed period.
