In erectile dysfunction, men are not able to get or keep an erection that is sufficient to have penetrative sex. In premature ejaculation men come out Very fast, men gets discharged either before penetration or immediately after penetration, they hardly get some strokes, so the female partner remains unsatisfied.

This may be due to so many factors like High cholesterol, High blood pressure,

Obesity, thyroid, heart problem, alcohol, Tobacco use, Sleep disorders, Low testosterone, tension, stress etc.

These problems of erectile dysfunction and pre-mature ejaculation are very much treatable.

Take Aswagandhadi churan half teaspoon in the morning & in the night.

Take Capsule SHILAJIT one in the morning and one in the night,

Take tablet manmath Ras one in the morning and one in the night.

Take tablet Pushp dhanva Ras one in the morning and one in the night. And take tablet Sidh makardhwaj Vati with gold, one in the morning and one in the night after food.

All the above preferably with hot milk or with water

Also apply and message Shri Gopal tail on your penis three times a week for 2 to 4 minutes.

Avoid junk food, oily and spicier food, alcohol, tobacco, tension and anxiety.

Start doing brisk walk or running or cardio exercises for at least 30 min a day. Start doing yoga, pranayama, meditation, Vajroli mudra. Ashwini mudra, kegel exercise for at least 30 min a day.

Start taking hot milk twice a day.

Do all the above suggested treatment for 3 months and see the results.

And one more...am a dark skin one ..did here they are any treatment to increase the shade of my tone ?... slightly

  1. Resistant acne and severe acne not responding to conventional treatments needs the consultation of a qualified dermatologist. Most of the times resistant acne has underlying hormonal imbalance which has to be diagnosed and addressed. Certain conditions like PCOS, insulin resistance, steroid abuse, certain drugs may be cause of severe acne. A dermatogist may advise certain blood investigations, to understand the cause behind acne and may prescribe drugs like Oral contraceptive pills, oral retinoids or antibiotics along with procedural treatment to treat the acne and long term resolution
  2. Genetic tone of skin cannot be changed. However tan or any other acquired skin pigmentation can be improved by topical creams, sunscreens etc. chemical peels, laser toning and other  procedures can help in stubborn pigmentation

I am a 43 year old female wants to go for prp treatment for hair regrowth and also wants to know about hydrafacial

  • Hydrafacial is also known as hydradermabrasion, where they deep clean, exfoliate, and hydrate your skin. A mechanized hand held device will be moved throughout your skin, it will deliver serums and exfoliate skin, whereas in PRP treatment for hair, blood will be drawn from areas where there's a lot of hair growth, followed by extraction of platelet rich plasma which will be injected on balding spots.
  • PRP treatment will cost between Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 5,000, whereas hydrafacial cost in India will be approximately Rs. 10,000 per session.
  • Pregnant women, or people with active rash, sunburn, or rosacea should avoid hydrafacial, and likewise, you are not a good candidate for PRP if you have blood/bleeding conditions, if you are anemic, or pregnant, or undergoing anti-coagulation therapy, or if you have skin diseases.

Refer this page to find specialists who can provide these services at affordable costs - Dermatologists in India.

I am 33 years old and I have vitiligo in my leg( from knee to downwards) since 2016. It has not increased and stable. I am taking Ayurveda treatment. I want to know is there any test which can tell it has stopped or will spread in future means is it stabalised or can spread over years?

There are no tests or other ways so as to determine whether this skin condition will worsen or not, or how it will progress, but there are surgical ways to even out skin tone, if they ever catch your interest then you can come back and visit our page - Vitiligo Treatment doctors in Delhi.

dhi hair transplant cost per graft

All hair transplant clinics provide all procedures in general, but some clinics may lack the infrastructure/resources and therefore may not provide all kinds of hair transplant surgery after all, so you may have to enquire and find out. We do not have any medical facility to our name so we don't provide such surgeries, but you can refer our list to find doctors who do - Hair Transplant Surgeons in Kanpur.

Hair transplant price per graft can vary between rs. 20 to rs. 80, but same depends upon the skills of clinician as well as the clinic infrastructure, and also the kind of surgery which you will opt for, our blog could offer more insights on hair transplant procedure and their types - Cost of Hair Transplant in India.

I am a 23 Year Male and I wanted to ask about acne marks … I have black heads and acne marks … whether it can be cured by ointments or any treatment is required ? What are the treatments there ?

Post acne marks and post acne scars can be permanent if not treated in time. It is important to treat the ongoing acne and orevent further acne while simultateously treating the post acne marks and scars. Saicylic peels, topical retinoids, comedone extraction are prescribed by the Dermatologists to treat the black heads which are the initial stage of acne. Acne marks can be treated with superficial peels like gycolic acid peels, TCA peels, laser toning etc. Acne scars depending on their type and severity, a stand-alone or combination of treatments including subcision, erbium yag or CO laser, microneedling radofrequencuy or TCA cross etc are used. It is recommended to visit a qualified Dermatologist who would analyse the scars and advise the best possible treatment for scar improvement.

My face is tanned to 2 shades dark color suddenly and I have 4-5 moles developed on my face and neck.Kindly suggest me medicines.

Sun tan is quite common because of unprotected sun exposure. This is because of excess production of melanin or excess accumulation of melanin in the skin layers  in response to UV rays. Moles are formed due to arrest of melanin producing cells in skin layers where they continue to produce melanin which collects to form flat or raised moles. Tan can be treated by using certain depigmenting creams which contain glycolic acid, kojicacid, alpha arbutin etc which have to be used under the supervision of a  qualified dermatologist. Procedural treatment like chemical peels and laser toning with QS yag laser can help. Most important is religious use of sunscreens to prevent further tan and improvement of skin. Moles can be treated by radiofrequency ablation, punch excision or Q-switched yag laser. So please consult a qualified Dermatologist.

I harira bano age 46years female I AM suffering to bleeding nose early breast cancer treatment taken

Nosebleeds can be a common side effect that occurs post breast cancer treatments as they lower your platelet count. Platelets tend to collect at the site of injury and they usually make the blood clot. But as these treatments decrease your platelet count, they thus make you bleed on especially your nose.

To prevent your nose from bleeding:

  • Avoid itching or blowing your nose for 24 hours following the initial bleed.
  • Install a humidifier or vaporizer in your house to add moisture to the air, same is advised to keep your nose from drying as a dry nose is more prone to bleeding.
  • Avoid non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs), but discuss with your doctor.

Mostly contact your doctor, but otherwise, you can look out for other oncologists for second opinions - Oncologist In India.
