My son is 8 year old from past 3 to 4 months he is having arm, leg, sometime neck side jerks while sleeping and its full night in some intervals and in day time he feels to shake is legs or arm its started just 4 months before and we are worried. we have done EEG both awake and sleep its not epileptic jerks doctor cleared the same but we want to know why suddenly its started . he is having on daily basis whole night while sleeping in intervals. he is having breathing problem from childhood is it because of lack of oxygen to some part of the body ? or is it sleep myoclonus ? is it curable or not ? please help me out sir [email protected]

I'm a 18 year old female and I've been having cramps in my left hand, mainly from elbow under to wrist and my fingers feel kind of stiff. It happened for the first time 3/4 days ago and went away automatically in about 20 mins. It happened twice today and again went on it's own. Nothing done to trigger it. A bit of neck pain. Have generalised anxiety disorder and currently tapering off of Paxidep 12.5 . The cramps kind of feel like weakness and dull ache. I can't call it painful as it does not cause pain but a bit uncomfortable.
