Dullnes spots dark circles

Dear ma'am, sun burn is slightly different from sun tan.
If you have sun burn then it will go away on its own and you would be required to visit a doctor only if those burns lead to blisters or become swollen, if you develop a fever or feel excessively hot, if you feel dizzy, sick, or tired, and if you get headache as a result of it or muscle cramps as well. Sun burn is when your skin becomes red and stings as a result of exposure to sun, same signals towards damaged skin.
Sun tan is when your skin becomes dark under the heat of sun but doesn't stings, it's a way of your skin to cope with the UV rays of sun. Tan would require some treatment to go away, there are 4 treatments available, such as laser toning, chemical peel, microdermabrasion, and creams/other products.
Visiting a skin care specialist is always good as they will have a better judgement about the state of your skin and will mostly point to treatments which will give accurate results. If you want you can refer our page - Skin Care doctors in Mumbai, or that of any other city, to get in touch with experts.

Hair fall frizzy hair coloured hair split ends

Dear ma'am, you should avoid coloring your hair or straightening them till the time you don't seek proper consultation. A specialist will begin by prescribing medicines and then move on to surgical or non-surgical procedures, if they find that they are not able to obtain desired results. Unless and until they don't permit you to color or straighten your hair, we would advise you to abstain from doing such things or else they can worsen the damage your hair has been suffering through. Hair fall happens because each strand on your scalp is of different age & stage, their health gets affected depending on the activities you take up, stress you experience, or some pre-existing conditions which could be attributed to either genetics or medical history. We have compiled a list of hair loss treatment doctors in mumbai, you can connect with them or practitioners of any other city which you deem fit, to get more information. You can reach out to us too anytime you find yourself having any doubt.

Only a dermatologist can determine that, and for that they will examine you in person so that they know the severity of your issues, and other underlying problems which are responsible for this state of your skin. Your skin type can be dry, combination or oily, and the degree of sensitivity helps in determining how strongly your skin can respond to certain aggregators. Hallo dr I’m 46 year female and I had lots of thick hair on my chin area I m worry what is the solution?

You have problem of hirsuitism (unwanted facial hair). This could be due to hormonal imbalance, or repeated use of razor on the skin or the side effects of some medication. Best solution for this is laser hair removal treatment.

Hi, I have dark skin with some moles over nose and cheeks. I want to clear them and get a fairer skin, is it possible in the low range? because I can't afford much

We are aware of following, as far as skin whitening treatments are concerned:
Chemical peel (Rs. 1,800-5,500): An exfoliating solution consisting of alpha-hydroxy acid will be applied to your skin, it will work on the upper damaged layers and combat melanin pigment within. This concentration strength will come in 3 options, such as light, medium or deep, and work effectively on blemishes, dark spots and uneven skin tone.
Laser (Rs. 4,000-30,000): This technique will use an intense light to minimize melanin within your skin by breaking pigments down. Thus causing your skin to become brighter than before, it will remove tanning and dark spots.
Injections (Rs. 6,000-40,000): can detoxify the body, while they protect your skin from harmful UV rays and enhance its tone, they will also have a dosage of glutathione contained within them, which can be unsafe and have severe side effects too.
Skin lightening products (Rs. 200-20,000): By this we mean a wide range of creams that have bleaching properties. These won't deliver long lasting results but will give some results with regular application.

For mole removal, there are 2 surgeries:
Surgical excision: entire mole is cut out and the skin is stitched closed if necessary.
Surgical shave: mole is removed with the help of a surgical blade to remove.
In both cases, your mole will be examined under a microscope. If cancer cells are found, your dermatologist will let you know.

You are required to approach a dermatologist to avail above treatments, you can refer from our list of Dermatologists in India, to get more information. A doctor will know better how many number of sessions to conduct, same will possibly depend on skin issues, severity of concern and type of treatment you will be deemed fit for.

Hello sir,I am neha Sharma from Jaipur. I am suffering for acne pimples comedones on my face last 3 months . please tell me sir want I do

Our following tips and suggestions may help you with above mentioned issue:
1.) Topical treatments when applied on face, they help in controlling excess sebum and unclog existing comedones too.

Common options for same include: azelaic acid, benzoyl-peroxide, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, retinoids, and sulfur.

2.) You should also wear sunscreen regularly, which contain above topicals as one of their ingredients — especially acids and retinoids. Since these treatments are strong, they thus remove outer layer of skin and make it more vulnerable to sunburn, so make sure that you choose a product with an SPF of 30 or higher.
If otc topicals are obtained, then damage on skin would be less compared to prescribed topicals, but so would be their effectivity on problem areas of skin, thus consulting a service provider even for precautions related to otc topicals, or going for prescribed topicals, would be better.
3.) Contact healthcare provider for a prescription of stronger and more effective topicals, as well as oral medication.

They may prescribe any of the following: antibiotics, oral contraceptives, isotretinoin (Accutane), spironolactone (Aldactone), an anti-androgen medication which is sometimes used along with oral contraceptives so as to control sebum production in women

Prescription medications can cause sunburn with their strength too, which thus reinforces the need of sunscreen.
4.) Surgeries: If lifestyle fixes, improved skin care routine, and prescribed antibiotics don't yield desired effects, then the specialist will move onto options such as: microdermabrasion, acne surgery, and cryotherapy.
We implore you to get in touch with credible practitioners, through our page - Skin Treatment doctors in Mumbai, let us know if your city is different. Also, drop us a message anytime you need guidance or help pertaining to medical issues!

While certain facial acids and topical creams can do wonders, it's still advisable to apply them in prescribed amount as would be suggested by the dermatologists.
They can have side effects or be extremely weak if you do buy over the counter, along with the fact that your options will be limited, whereas dermatologists would decide the strength of solution to be given to you, based on your skin composition, and would even make you aware of post-application care, along with having a broader set of options. Your skin type, severity of issues, and aggregators will allow them to make a proper conclusion regarding what advanced treatments can be performed, and whether they are needed for you or not. You can connect with Acne Scar Treatment doctors in Mumbai, or any other city of your preference.

Hyperpigmentation in face Dark mole to be removed on face Remove of underarm darkness

Regarding hyperpigmentation, there are treatments such as creams, face acids, retinoids, chemical peels, laser treatments, and dermabrasion & microdermabrasion devices, which are prescribed by the dermatologist depending on the extent to which your skin could be dark, and if you have any other skin issue as well. They can either be performed alone, or in combination with some other treatment, and you will have to prepare your body before getting these treatments, so that the chances of you running into any risk post-treatment reduces. Skin tags noncancerous growths seen on the skin. Skin tags don’t require treatment, but If they hurt or bother you, then you may proceed to have them removed.

Minor surgeries such as the ones stated below, will be performed by the doctor to remove them:

Cryotherapy: Freezing them with liquid nitrogen before removal.

Surgical removal: Using scissors or a scalpel for the removal.

Electrosurgery: Burning them off with high-frequency electrical energy.

I have many problems on my face uneven glowless acne scars pores which remedy is best and cost of laser treatment

In laser treatment, light is concentrated on the upper layers of your skin so as to break down the tissue containing scars, which simultaneously also promotes the growth of newer skin cells which look healthy and eventually replace the older scarred tissue. Laser treatment alone can effectively reduce the appearance of acne. But to achieve more dramatic results such as acne free skin, it would have to be carried out in combination with some other treatment.
There are 3 types of laser techniques based on the type of scar which is being treated:
i.) Ablative laser resurfacing device: uses erbium YAG or CO2 laser to remove the upper layer of your skin where scarring is seen. It can take 3 to 10 days for the redness to begin to subsiding.
ii.) Non-ablative laser resurfacing: This treatment will use infrared laser, heat of which is crucial in stimulating collagen production and also enables growth of newer cells, so as to replace damaged & scarred tissue.
iii.) Fractionated laser treatment: The tissue underneath your scar is stimulated with the help of laser, so as to remove darkly pigmented cells. Boxcar and icepick scars can sometimes respond well to this treatment. Typically side effects seen are swelling, redness, and pain on the site of treatment. And hyperpigmentation and some skin infection are risks which you may run into if the doctor isn't cautious enough. Your medical history will be checked, and if you are considered fit for this treatment, then you will be advised to avoid certain supplements, smoking and skin care products containing certain ingredients, before treatment, so that the chances of any risk reduces.
The cost of laser acne for scar varies from Rs 7000 to Rs 20000.

Does Laser face rejuvenation really work?

In this treatment a light is made to focus on the upper layers of your skin to break down the tissue containing scars, which simultaneously encourages the growth of newer, healthy looking skin cells that eventually replace the older scarred tissue. Laser treatment can effectively reduce the appearance of acne by itself. But to achieve more drastic results such as acne free skin, it would have to be carried out in combination with other treatments.
There are 3 types of laser techniques based on the scar which is being targeted:
i.) Ablative laser resurfacing device: makes use of an erbium YAG or CO2 laser to remove the entire upper layer of your skin where scarring is present. It can take 3 to 10 days before the redness from ablative laser begins to subside.
ii.) Non-ablative laser resurfacing: This treatment uses infrared lasers, heat of which plays a vital role in stimulating collagen production and encourages growth of newer cells as well, so as to replace damaged, scarred tissue.
iii.) Fractionated laser treatment: The tissue underneath your scar is stimulated using laser, so as to remove cells that are darkly pigmented and situated underneath the topmost layer of your skin. Boxcar and icepick scars can in some cases respond well to this kind of laser.
Typical side effects will be swelling, redness, and pain at the site of treatment. While hyperpigmentation and some skin infection are some of the risks which you may want to be vary of. If you are considered fit for this treatment by the doctor, then in that case you may have to avoid certain kind of supplements, smoking and skin care products containing certain ingredients, for few weeks before this treatment will take place.
