Hello sir,I am neha Sharma from Jaipur. I am suffering for acne pimples comedones on my face last 3 months . please tell me sir want I do

Our following tips and suggestions may help you with above mentioned issue:
1.) Topical treatments when applied on face, they help in controlling excess sebum and unclog existing comedones too.

Common options for same include: azelaic acid, benzoyl-peroxide, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, retinoids, and sulfur.

2.) You should also wear sunscreen regularly, which contain above topicals as one of their ingredients — especially acids and retinoids. Since these treatments are strong, they thus remove outer layer of skin and make it more vulnerable to sunburn, so make sure that you choose a product with an SPF of 30 or higher.
If otc topicals are obtained, then damage on skin would be less compared to prescribed topicals, but so would be their effectivity on problem areas of skin, thus consulting a service provider even for precautions related to otc topicals, or going for prescribed topicals, would be better.
3.) Contact healthcare provider for a prescription of stronger and more effective topicals, as well as oral medication.

They may prescribe any of the following: antibiotics, oral contraceptives, isotretinoin (Accutane), spironolactone (Aldactone), an anti-androgen medication which is sometimes used along with oral contraceptives so as to control sebum production in women

Prescription medications can cause sunburn with their strength too, which thus reinforces the need of sunscreen.
4.) Surgeries: If lifestyle fixes, improved skin care routine, and prescribed antibiotics don't yield desired effects, then the specialist will move onto options such as: microdermabrasion, acne surgery, and cryotherapy.

Hello this is Kalyan age 21 male, I've been fighting with acne for a period of 3years and even more. Tried different medications , remedies didn't worked, finally consulted a dermatologist, he recommended using Zitblow 10mg, it worked for an extent after being used for 1 years but the problem is there were still black heads on my cheeks which are stubborn and difficult to remove. I'm hoping to get some solution to the problem. Currently I'm not using any of the medications except for the cream called Acne star.

One of the leading causes of acne is that hair follicles get clogged with oil and dead skin cells. Acne results in blackheads which are the most ideal from the opening of the hair follicle. However, you can be sure that Zitblow 10mg is a really good option. The other options may contain a very gentle exfoliator to clear out the blackheads, but you need to be careful not to damage your skin. In addition, adhering to a really good skincare routine, exfoliating your face, and keeping it clean also can be beneficial to minimize the prospect of blackheads at an early stage.

Female | 39

You are experiencing seborrheic dermatitis. The condition can be whiteheads, itching, and the loss of eyebrow hair that can particularly be felt on the skin. Skin can develop open pores. It is a result of an overgrowth of yeast on the skin. With the assistance of mild cleansers that don't have any scent at all and dandruff shampoos, they can get rid of the issues of the poor comfort that they have with treatment.

I pinched the tip of my penis head and I got a mild hematoma. How do I treat it?

Male | 29

I recommend that you see an urologist promptly for appropriate assessment and diagnosis of the true nature of your condition. Do not use any home treatment since it may worsen the hematoma.
