My child is just 2 years old, but he is unresponsive to many situations, he doesnt interact with us. doctors say he has autism, but i want to reconsult and get stem cell therapy for autism. could you please suggest what will be the best cost and what step should i take next?

I work in an NGO, with children who has no parents. There are couple of autistic children here aged between 5 to 7. Is there any government hospital where i can get them treated. I want government because these children are without parents and the treatment has to be done with low or no cost.

One should consult a psychiatrist or counsellor for proper diagnosis and further treatment, ie u have depression or bipolar disorder, as treatment and outcome is different for both disorders, however let the psychiatrist decide what medications to take as per u r psychological condition, and have never personally used glutathione in bipolar

I don't know why it happens but whenever i think about a person my mind says that They should die or what if they die, even if have no bad feelings for them. Starts imaging death images. these thoughts come on theirown and come anytime whenever i watch tv or videos. i don't force myself to think about it. But when they come i had to do some rituals to feel relax. its happening from childhood but now its disturbing me.Can someone tell me what ami suffering from. I have arithmomania too. I've had this issue for a long time; the notion of having sex with my family members crosses my mind, and even though I know it's not ethically proper, I can't stop myself.
