Can I get HIV from contaminated needle poke?
Hi doc.. can u get HIV through blood draw if the new syringe ( needle + syringe set packed) if someone poke through a infected needle with hiv blood?

Getting HIV from blood drawn with new needles is really hard. HIV doesn't last long outside bodies. If you poked yourself with used HIV blood needles, there's a risk though. HIV symptoms are like flu: very tired, swollen glands. So always use fresh needles and syringes!
