Could I be experiencing implantation bleeding and got a false negative on pregnancy test?
Hi good day .. my last period was Jan 26th 2024, I usually get my period every 27-28 days, so I’m late and now I’ve been spotting these past few days.. brown spots to be exact, which I saw online that is sometimes implantation bleeding.. is that possible? I also took a test on Thursday and it said negative.. is it possible that’s a false negative

A brown spotting might be a sign of implantation bleeding, but it is hard to definitively identify without a medical examination. Please talk to your gynecologist
