Hii there i am 24 year old female. I had unprotedted sex with my partner and after that i took contraceptive pill then after that i had again unprotected sex…..and my period is statt in 2 days i wanted to know i m not gonna get preagnant right. I am safe????
Female | 24
The pill is good at preventing pregnancy, but it's not 100 % effective. If you're going to get your period in 2 days, the chances for you to get pregnant are lower now, still, it is a small chance. If there is any worry, you can do a pregnancy test after your period to make sure you're not pregnant.

i had unprotected sex a couple of days ago and the next day i started bleeding like my period is there a possibility i can be pregnant?
Female | 18
During early pregnancy, implantation bleeding may occur. The fertilized egg attaching to the uterus causes light spotting. Take a pregnancy test to know for certain. You can also visit a gynecologist.

My last menstruation came on 10th January. I missed my this month. My urine test came positive. I also had other symptoms like lower back pain and breast tenderness. Pregnancy was not showing in scan. But today all my symptoms are suddenly gone.
Female | 30
A missed period and a positive urine test could indicate pregnancy. However, it's strange that the scan didn't detect anything. Your symptoms align with pregnancy, but their sudden disappearance is puzzling. You must get checked out by a gynecologist ASAP to ensure all is well.

Good day I would like to know why do I spot blood clothing after giving birth and why do I come out blood while being intimate with my partner and coming out white things after being intimate
Female | 26
Often, after birth, a woman may find that she developed blood clots. This symptom is a consequence of the uterus healing process. If you have a lot of bleeding or often there are clots of blood coming out, you can talk to a doctor. As for bleeding during or after intimacy, it is imperative to consult a gynecologist/urologist to get to the reason for the underlying condition and follow the doctor's recommendations.

Female | 17
If you're having difficulty eating and frequent vomiting during your 6 week pregnancy, it could be hyperemesis gravidarum. Stay hydrated, eat small, bland meals, and avoid triggers. Consider ginger for relief. Contact your gynecologist for personalized advice and support.

I had laporatomy surgery for ileum herniation in 2013 and i have a vertical midline incision in this surgery. Now is it safe to become a pregnant
Female | 25
A laparotomy surgery is a procedure used for the repair of an ileum hernia. Therefore, the situation when a woman who has had surgery of this nature becomes pregnant is not entirely clear. However, the vertical midline incision from your surgery may cause some complications during pregnancy, such as the risk of the incision opening up. You should bring up the subject of conceiving a child with your gynecologist so that they can track you and advise you during the period.

When do I get my next brith control shot because i recently had a abortion and got the shot after my abortion
Female | 18
Getting a birth control shot is a common thing to do after an abortion. This prevents pregnancy. You’ll usually need the next shot about three months after the first one. If you don’t know when that is, ask your gynecologist. Remember to follow their instructions so you stay safe.

I am 20 years old female patient, i took abortion kit on 11th april 24, It started bleeding from 13-26 april, now its again bleeding for 2 days,i did heavy work on 29-30 april..now what can i do???
Female | 20
It seems that some bleeding occurred after you took the abortion kit. The bleeding from the 13th to the 26th April was anticipated. The current bleeding could be attributed to recent strenuous activities. It is advisable to find time to rest and avoid lifting heavy objects. Moreover, increase your fluid intake. Should the bleeding persist or become more intense, do not hesitate to contact your gynecologist.

Hello ! My friend’s girlfriend age is 24 completed … they had unprotected sex yesterday …but thing is penetration was only half till penus… as soon as the boy recognized he removed it and jerked outside his pants …can the girl take the ipill now ? pls guide ?
Female | 24
If your friend's girlfriend wants to protect herself against pregnancy, she can use this pill, which is the morning-after pill. This pill can help in blocking pregnancy if it is taken within a specified time slot after unprotected sex. Remember that emergency contraception is not birth control to be used regularly; it's only for emergencies. In case of any symptoms or concerns, she should consult a gynecologist for proper advice.

I have cyst on my right ovary .how did I get it .and is it seriously problem?
Female | 26
Cysts are formed there sometimes without a justifiable reason. Hormonal changes or problems with the release of eggs are some of the causes of these cysts. They often disappear by themselves and do not cause problems. It is however important to see a gynecologist for advice on monitoring or treatment if you have pain, discomfort, bloating, or irregular periods.

Female | 23
The pain and bleeding you had can be caused by a lot of things such as hormonal changes or irregular periods. If the bleeding continues or if you have concerns, it's best to visit a gynecologist.

I am 27 years old, i wanna conceive but periods came. How I will conceive and regularize menstrual cycle?
Female | 27
Irregularity in periods, no periods, or abnormal bleeding which indicates that you are not ovulating and condition is clinically defined as anovulation.
Even though anovulation is usually be treated with drugs for inducing fertilization, it is vital to evaluate any additional conditions that can affect ovulation, like thyroid conditions or abnormalities of the adrenal or pituitary glands.
On ruling out other medical conditions, fertility drugs will be prescribed by your Gynaecologist to induce ovulation.
Drugs containing Clomid and Clomiphene are considered as first choice due to its effectiveness and are prescribed to women for years. In comparison to other infertility medications, they have the advantage to be taken orally instead of injection. It is used to induce and regularize irregular ovulation by increase in pick-up rate of egg by ovaries. Another drug named Letrozole is used for inducing ovulation.
Certain fertility inducers can make the cervical mucus hostile to sperm and as a result keep the sperm from reaching the uterus. In such cases, artificial or intrauterine insemination (IUI) is performed (injecting specially prepared sperm directly into the uterus -- to fertilize the egg) which also thins the endometrial lining.
Super-ovulation drugs such as Gonal-F or injectable hormones which are responsible for stimulating follicles and egg development are prescribed by your Gynaecologist, depending on your situation.

The information that you shared is such that I can't tell between the loss of virginity and residual menstrual blood as the causes of bleeding. It requires a gynecologist examination to rule out any underlying medical conditions.

Im currently 7 weeks pregnant and yesterday after throwing up violently I had a small burst of red blood when I wiped my vagina. Now today there have been a couple of small brown wipes when going to the toilet not enough to reach my pad just when wiping. Should I be worried? I did some googling and found several people that said that the spotting was caused by the vomiting so not to worry.
Female | 24
Spotting early in pregnancy can occur. Sometimes, vomiting increases abdomen pressure causing spotting. Brown spotting may be old blood. Harmless usually, but monitor bleeding. Rest, drink fluids, no heavy lifting. See a gynecologist if heavy bleeding or pain.

Please explain my scan report what it means Left overy shows a follicle measuring 10x8 mm and a hypoechoic cyst measuring 1.0 x 0.7 cm-? Endometriotic cyst Pouch of dialogue - A cystic lession measuring 2.6 x 0.9 cm is seen in the pouch of Douglas close to left overy -? Hydrosalphix/? Para ovarian cyst

With the scan you have, your left ovary was found to have a small follicle and a cyst. The cyst can happen when endometriosis occurs, a condition where the lining of the uterus secretes tissue similar to it grows in different spots. There is also a near your ovary cyst - perhaps a fluid-filled sac such as a hydrosalpinx or a para ovarian cyst. When you feel discomfort, have irregular periods, or can't get pregnant, your first step should be to consult a gynecologist to get the best treatment.

Periods issue h thk sy nhi a rahe
Female | 22
Several factors contribute to this. Stress significantly impacts your menstrual cycle. Weight fluctuations, either gain or loss, disrupt hormone levels regulating periods. Hormonal imbalances are common, especially during adolescence when periods often become irregular. Maintaining a balanced diet rich in nutrients, incorporating regular exercise, and practicing stress-management techniques like yoga or meditation can help regulate your cycle. However, if concerns persist, consulting a gynecologist is advisable for proper evaluation and guidance.
