I have taken emergency pill yesterday and today i noticed white creamy discharge do i have to worry about this?

It is a common side effect of the emergency pill and its likely a normal vaginal discharge that occurs due to hormonal fluctuations. It's mostly similar to the discharge experienced during the normal menstrual cycle.
