Is it safe to take fish oil, multivitamin, zinc, magnesium, ashwagandha, collagen supplement, and creatine together in the right dosage?
recently i am thinking of taking supplement for my body for general fitness , supplements like (fishoil, multivitamin, zinc, magnesium, ashwagandha and collagen supplement and creatine) so my concern is is it safe to take all these supplement all together in right dosage

It is essential to note your health and consult with a doctor before beginning any new protocol of supplementation. Hence, though there are some benefits to these supplements, when taking them together the risk of side effects increases. I highly suggest that one obtains the services of a dietician or nutritionist who will advise the correct dosage and possible interactions.
