Women's cycles can get thrown off occasionally - sex is rarely the only factor. Perhaps your wife's body is running late this month. Stress, trips, weight fluctuations, or hormone imbalances could be delaying her period too. If she isn't pregnant and it keeps being late, it's wise to see a gynecologist and get checked out just to be safe.
