Why Can't My Penis Enter Vagina During First Sex?

Patient's Query

sir ami amr bow jokhon first time sex korchilam amr lingo or jouner vitore dhukote e pari nai aita kno ??

Answered by Dr. Madhu Sudan

Experiencing pain during your first sexual experience is quite common, especially if you were feeling anxious or not fully relaxed. Sometimes, not enough lubrication or tensing of the muscles can make penetration uncomfortable. It's important to take things slow, communicate with your partner, and ensure you are fully aroused before trying again. Using a water-based lubricant can also help reduce friction and discomfort. If the pain persists or if you have any other worries, it's a good idea to see a sexologist just to rule out any underlying issues.

Condoms are an effective means of contraception, but things might still go wrong occasionally by tearing or slipping. While conception is possible anytime a woman is not using birth control a how-to guide is not a substitute for exceptional contraception. A urine sample can be taken as early as the 2nd day of your cycle to determine whether you are pregnant. If she has panic attacks or difficulty because of the missed arrival of the menses, prompt her to seek advice or go to the doctor with her, it will be a comforting experience. Both parties need to share their ideas during this period.

Sir can’t ejaculate during intercourse

Male | Chandan

It seems to be a problem of delayed ejaculation which might be a condition that Sir could be experiencing when he is not able to ejaculate during sex. It can occur because of several reasons such as anxiety, some medications, or damage to the nerve. Stimulating Sir to express his thoughts without inhibition with a healthcare provider can be the best way to determine the source. Treatment may include counseling, changing medications, or other ways that match Sir's specific situation to get him out of the problem.
