I have yellow pimple inside my virginia dose not go away and I go to the clinic and they treated me it was painful on that time but now is not painful at all im 32 weeks pregnant

I'm having issues with my period, the last proper period I had was probably in October after that I guess maybe in December I started slightly lighter period which wasn't regular it lasted really long maybe for a month or more it started light then slowly got a little bit heavier but not that heavy it was enough to fill in 2 pads a day then it started getting lighter again and eventually stopped.
