Calf muscles have been hurting off and on everyday for a couple months.. haven't took any medications for the problem.. it's a type of pain that feels like my legs are fixing to cramp or spasm if I tense up my legs

I am on the pill (Yasmin) as I used get really heavy periods,cramps and a nerve pain in my right ovaries near my hip that would also travel down my leg. When I take my four day break from the pill I experience really heavy bleeding with clots and really sore cramps. The pill has not changed anything to do with the nerve pain by my ovaries. It still is the same. I’ve been to loads of doctors and they all say it’s just my period, or its normal but I feel it really isn’t. None of my friends go through pain like this ever. The cramps are worse when I am active, it’s as if its a flare up of something and activity triggers it. They get so bad I can’t walk and have to just crouch down til they go away. This cannot be normal, can it?

My daughter had unprotected sex yesterday at noon and took an Unwanted 72 pill today at noon and just after taking the pill in her boyfriend's house, they had unprotected sex again. What are her chances of getting pregnant and how can she avoid pregnancy now? Please note that her periods are irregular and very delayed i.e. in a cycle of 3-4 months and we visited a doctor for that. Her last period was in mid December.

There was a growth of muscle in private part (motion area) but it was not painful.

The cramp or spasm can happen sue to muscle fatigue or overuse, especially if you engage in activities that strain your calf muscles, such as running or excessive exercise.

Severe pain that interferes with daily activities and is not relieved by medication or hormonal contraception.. requires further evaluation. Seek a second opinion if your think your current medication is not working for you.

Yes the pain and burning sensation is due to irritation from the soap. Soap can sometimes cause irritation and disrupt the natural balance of the sensitive skin in that area. If this happens just rinse the area thoroughly with clean water and avoid using any harsh soaps, fragrances, or other irritants in that area.

Atrial septal defect (ASD)

Taking emergency contraceptive pills can affect your menstrual cycle and cause changes in your period. If your concerned about pregnancy then do a UPT for confirmation or a home pregnancy test.

The pill reduces the chances of pregnancy, but it is not 100% effective. SSo there is still a risk of pregnancy. Its difficult to determine the timing of ovulation and fertility. please condult your doctor for evaluation.
