a)Azithral 500mg once a day for 3 days

b)Vizylac caps twice a day for 10 days

c) Crocin 650mg twice a day for 3 days

d)Kofarest DX 10ml every 8hours for dry cough

a)CBC with differential

b) Ultrasound whole abdomen

c)Serum testosterone
