I am 53 years old. I have lipoma and have tested my blood and got to know that I also have TB and have a blood test report can you please watch it and tell me what it actually tells.

It is mentioned as TB, a dangerous infection of the lungs caused by bacteria. They can be coughing, chest pain, and fever. TB treatment is about three to six months of antibiotic therapy. Make sure to comply with the whole therapy as your physician recommends to you for getting better.

Affected by both dengue and typhoid platelet decrease to 9000 in 6 Days admitted in ICU injecting platelet will increase platelet in blood? What is the proper treatment

Male | 38

With your platelets decreasing to only 9000, you need to act quickly. Your symptoms include a high fever, body pain, and bleeding. These could be caused by infections like dengue or typhoid. For treatment, you will undergo a platelet transfusion along with medications such as antibiotics. You’ll need to stay in the ICU so your condition can be monitored closely until your platelets increase. To help with your recovery, make sure to get plenty of sleep and eat healthy food.

Hello I’ve been taking 25 mg atenolol for the last few months for a fast heart rate. I currently have a hemorrhoid and I want to use preparation H to relieve it. Preparation H has 0.25% of phenyleprine in it I know that can raise blood pressure. Should I still take or is there an alternative I can try?

Female | 22

Phenylephrine can raise your blood pressure and it might be unsafe for the heart if one is on atenolol already. In case you have no idea, you can use other treatments for piles that lack this drug like say witch hazel pads alternatively try out nonprescription hydrocortisone creams too. With these substitutes in mind, there won’t be any need to worry about a thing because they will still help soothe them but without affecting or changing anything about how well the medicine works for your heart condition. Nevertheless, should there still be no relief from piles after using these methods then I would advise that you talk with a healthcare professional.

My alkaline phos level is 269.1 Is it dangerous

Male | 16

Your alkaline phosphatase level of 269.1 is high. This enzyme level signals potential issues with your liver or bones. Feeling tired or abdominal pain could be symptoms. Liver disease, bone disorders, or certain medications raise alkaline phosphatase levels. To find the root cause and get the right treatment, follow up with your doctor.
