Hi my vitamin d tests came back as 26.3 Can i take vit d3 60000iu capsule weekly once and till how much time i should continue

Male | 39

You have low vitamin D, only 26.3. That's too little. Low vitamin D causes tiredness, weak muscles, and bone pain. Take 60000 IU vitamin D3 capsules weekly. Do it for 8 to 12 weeks, or how long your doctor says. Get tested again to check if your levels improve. Eat healthy foods and spend some time in the sun to raise vitamin D further.

Treatment relies on the underlying issue, so discussing it with a healthcare professional is best.

Cyprodoil medicine balance testosterone or progesterone harmon? Mera estrogen or progesterone zyda ha or doctor nay yeh di ha sath slixds, finnoq sachet diye .am girl 22 .period thk ha .only acne hair fall hair loss facial hair

Female | 22

Cyprodoil is a medicina used for balancing hormones, especially estrogen and progesterone. Blood tests, which confirm changes like acne and hair loss by hormonal dysregulation are regulated. It’s possible that your symptoms are due to the lack of proper hormonal balance that may occur for a number of reasons, including the interference of stress or diet. The treatment that has been suggested by your physician must be followed exactly because every patient is different. In case you continue to struggle with these problems, you should visit your doctor for the follow-up. The doctor might want to hear your experience and preferences to make it a success for you.

I am breastfeeding mother.my baby is 9 month old now. I have hypothyroidism from past 6 months. I am using thyroid tablet. From past one month I am facing gas problems because of gas breathing also sometimes fast. I am having left hand pain sometimes from past one month. because of my baby is asking lift her every time. I am facing back joint pain and it is coming  to front also near below the chest and some time facing head and full body spinning also. Because of that I am getting fear what will happen to me like that.

Female | 30

The gas and breathing problems, the left-hand pain, the back joint pain, and the spinning sensations can be connected to your thyroid condition. Hypothyroidism can be the reason for these symptoms. It is good to discuss this with your physician. They might optimize your thyroid medication or suggest other treatments to make you feel better.

Hi .dr Please tell me that asghand testosterone increase krta women ka bhi? Mera testosterone already zyda but mery herbalist nay herbs ma asghand bhi include ki .mujy sumj nai a rhi kya yeh shi ha?

Female | 23

Asghand, also known as ashwagandha, can affect hormone levels, including testosterone. In women with higher testosterone, it might be beneficial but can also lead to unwanted symptoms such as increased hair growth or mood changes. It's essential to monitor your body's response when introducing new herbs. I recommend discussing this with a healthcare provider to tailor your approach, ensuring it's safe and suitable for your health needs. A professional can offer personalized advice based on your specific situation, ensuring you achieve your wellness goals effectively.

Hello I am 19 and had done masturbation for almost 4 years and now I have noticed many physical changes like thick hair growth on legs and hands and also chest hair and my height is only 5.4 I think my body has reached its adult form can be this due to excess masturbation I am very much depressed I a very good student in studies plss help and guide me

Male | 19

During puberty, it's normal to notice more hair on your legs, hands, and chest, along with a growth spurt. These changes are part of becoming a teenager and are not caused by masturbation. Instead, focus on healthy habits like eating well, exercising, and getting enough sleep.

I have severe deficiency of vitamin d and i have 7.17 vitamin d3 so can you plzz help me

Female | 22

Your vitamin D might be a little low. If you don’t get enough sunlight, have a diet low in certain nutrients, or suffer from some medical conditions, you may feel tired, have aches and pains, or weak bones. You can add fish and eggs to your meals more often, spend time outside, or take supplements with this vitamin to increase its level in the body. You should consult your healthcare provider for more information.

When I wake up in the morning and I haven't even drank, I still pee a lot. comes once but Its range is more and after that I sleep and then I go to the washroom, still I come out with a lot of urine. Its range is more without water. Why is this so? I neither have diabetes nor UTI infection Am unmarried

Female | 22

Human beings tend to urinate more in the morning than in the evening after sleeping for a long period. This is because our kidneys expel more of the blood impurities overnight. Therefore, we should expect to pee more after we wake up. In the absence of other symptoms like pain or unusual color, it is usually normal.

I was wondering if having sugar levels at 109 is high or low

Female | 17

Having sugar levels at 109 is neither too high nor too low. This is normal. You may not have any symptoms at this level. 109 is a healthy range, but it’s good to keep an eye on it. Eating healthy foods and doing exercise regularly can help you to maintain this level. If your sugar levels go too high or too low, you might feel tired, thirsty, or shaky.

Hi doctor, I have thyroid TSH 8.5 and also I am pregnant (3 weeks), so my question is is that a very dangerous level of thyroiad

Female | 23

In pregnancy, a TSH reading at 8.5 indicates suboptimal thyroid performance. Potential manifestations encompass fatigue, increased weight, and lowered body temperature. Furthermore, implications for the fetus may arise. To rectify this issue, physicians often prescribe medication to normalize hormone levels.

I am 20 y.o and experiencing hypogonadism symptoms, yet my bloodwork is completely fine. I tested Testosterone total, testosterone free, TSH, LH, FSH, prolactin, estrogen - everything was within ranges. Still though, symptoms are real: erectile dysfunction, low libido, delayed puberty (no genital growth at all, voice is still too high for a man, facial hair is kinda scarce, pubic hair is dark, but chest hair is nonexistent). Ultrasound showed, that my testicles are around 6.5 ml in volume. What could it be, if not hypogonadism? What else would you suggest testing? I'm going to redo my bloodwork in September

Male | 20

With these symptoms, it seems you are battling the hard times. I would like to recommend checking your adrenal glands and thyroid function, which, if imbalances are found, could cause symptoms similar to the one you are having. Besides, a Klinefelter syndrome genetic test may be worth considering. This syndrome is one that men have which comes from the addition of an X chromosome. It is very positive that you are taking the initiative to have your blood work repeated. That's why we can rule out other potential causes of your symptoms.

triglyceride level all time between 240 to 300. It does not matter what I am eating. I followed strict diet but still result same. What I have to do?

Male | 26

If your triglycerides are regularly from 240 to 300, that’s high. Usually, too many triglycerides mean you don’t eat well (like junk food all the time) and you don’t do exercise. But sometimes, it can come from your family. Rarely have symptoms but maybe sometimes hurt your stomach or give you pancreatitis. Eat the right things more, exercise, and don’t smoke or drink so much if you want lower levels.

After . urine drops cause harmon imbalance ?? In girls ?? . which harmon imbalance cause urinary drops

Female | 22

Hormonal imbalances, frequently involving estrogen and progesterone, may make a person suffer from specific symptoms like frequent urination, urgency, and even leakages. These adjustments are likely to happen during puberty or menstrual cycles. Stress and certain medications can also contribute to these fluctuations. In order to cure this, a balanced diet, regular exercise, and proper hydration are the best ways out. If not alone, if you have been feeling uncomfortable, I advise you to see a doctor. The health care team would then create suitable dietary counseling and prescribe different treatment options for you.

Male | 42

A sugar reading of 163 means Polibion Active Sugar-Free Syrup isn't ideal right now. It has ingredients that might mess with your blood sugar levels. Feeling super thirsty, peeing a ton, and feeling drained are signs your sugars are up. Could be your diet choices, lack of moving around, or a health condition. To get those numbers down, eat right with nutrient-rich foods. Exercise regularly and talk to your doctor about meds if needed.

Hi mother breast feeding 16 months child Vitamin d is 5 ng/,ml Kindly suggest Any medicine and how to take

Female | 35

It seems that Vitamin D Vitamin D is lacking in your child's body. This can happen if the child does not spend enough time in nature or does not eat the necessary foods. Low levels can lead to weak bones and immunity. But you don't have to worry a lot as children can be given Vitamin D drops and using the drops once in their food will be sufficient. In addition, sunlight exposure for about 10-15 minutes also helps boost Vitamin D.
