It's understandable to feel concerned when experiencing discomfort in your chest area. Symptoms like pain or pressure could indicate various conditions, including angina. It's essential to consult a cardiologist for proper evaluation and diagnosis. They may recommend tests such as an ECG, stress test, or echocardiogram. These can help determine the cause of your symptoms. Treatment options may include lifestyle changes, medications, or procedures, depending on the diagnosis.
