He has always lived a healthy lifestyle — he regularly practices yoga and meditation, does not eat outside food, and quit smoking 15 years ago. However, in the last 6–8 months, he has experienced a sudden weight loss of around 10 kg and has developed a lump in his neck. He had tuberculosis around 30 years ago and completed 6–8 months of treatment at that time. Because of that history, he initially thought that TB might have returned. He recently underwent a CT scan. CA-125 marker result came for my mother's report. The result is 1200 u/ml and the reference is 35u/ml. She was diagnosed with a ovarian tumor three days ago and is going to be operated on 19-7-21. the tumor is early stage but the CA-125 result really bothers me. could u please clear my doubts?
