When you check your T3 and T3, it may show troubling signs that your thyroid gland is malfunctioning. Common signs related to having low this gland would involve tiredness, weight gain, and tingling from the low body temperature. Female | 21
You lost 10 kg in a year, without trying. Also, you had hair falling out, and vomiting during periods. Taking emergency contraceptive pills frequently may impact your body. These symptoms indicate possible hormone imbalances or lack of nutrients. You should see a gynecologist. They will assess these issues properly.

Thyroid issues can affect metabolism and hormone levels, potentially complicating pregnancy. Common symptoms include fatigue, weight changes, and mood swings. These conditions can result from autoimmune disorders or iodine deficiency. For a healthy pregnancy, it’s crucial to have a balanced thyroid function. i just want to ask about if my hypothyroidism problem can be cured as most of the time i have high value of TSH and also have symptoms like irregular periods, brittle nails and excessive hair loss. I'm a female of 23, i have hypothyroidism issue since i was 15.
Female | 23
It seems like you might suffer from hypothyroidism, where your thyroid doesn't produce enough thyroid hormones. This can result in high TSH levels as well as symptoms such as irregular periods, weak nails, and hair loss. Normally, hypothyroidism entails long-term treatment with thyroid hormone medications to help control its signs. You should continually see a doctor who'll watch out for your thyroid levels and modify the treatment when necessary.

I want to know about my progesterone result
Female | 35
Understanding progesterone levels is important for overall health. This hormone plays a key role in your menstrual cycle, fertility, and pregnancy. Low levels can lead to symptoms such as irregular periods, mood swings, and fatigue, while high levels may cause bloating or breast tenderness. Various factors, from stress to hormonal imbalances, can affect these levels. Solutions often include lifestyle adjustments, dietary changes, or medical treatments tailored to individual needs. It's best to discuss your results with an endocrinologist who can provide personalized guidance and support based on your situation.

I have done hormonal test and in that test it was revealed that I have high estrogen and high prolactin the reason for doing the is because I have brain fog and I think it could be hormonal is there any treatment without causing impotence
Male | 25
Elevated estrogen and prolactin sometimes cause brain fog symptoms. Reasons like stress, medicines, or conditions can make these hormones imbalanced. Managing may involve lifestyle changes, diet adjustments, or medications helping balance hormones without causing impotence, your doctor may suggest. Remember discussing all concerns with your doctor.

i am always dizzy from 3 weeks my vitamin d level is 9.6 and my vitamin b12 is 286 and my thyroid tsh is 4.5
Male | 21
Based on your vitamin levels and thyroid function, it seems like the low vitamin D and B12 levels could be contributing to your dizziness. When these levels are low, it can affect your energy and overall well-being. Your slightly elevated TSH could also indicate a thyroid concern. To help you feel better, I recommend starting supplements for vitamin D and B12 as advised by your doctor. It's also important to follow up with further thyroid testing and a discussion about potential treatment options. Stay hydrated, get plenty of rest, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any more concerns.

I am 30 weeks pregnant with diabetis. I am on 12 unit insulin for lunch and dinner. And 14 unit in the night for next day fasting level. I am not eating anything sweet or rice or potato still my sugar is not in control. I eat only two roti dal and sabji in day and night. In the middle I eat apple and nuts. Only. Can you guide what could be the issue. Should I increase my insulin unit. Sometimes with the same food same unit of insulin it comes normal in range like 110 but most of the time it comes 190. For morning I eat besan or dal chilla or boiled chana.
Female | 33
It is good you are taking care of your diabetes with insulin and good food. But, blood sugar can be hard to control during pregnancy because of hormone changes. Eating two rotis with dal and sabji, plus an apple and nuts is a wise choice. Check your blood sugar at different times to see how your body reacts to food and insulin. You may need to change your insulin doses with your doctor's help.

Hai Doctor good morning I am mother of a 14 year old girl. She has irregular periods.we consulted a gynecologist and did blood test, hormone test,TSH test.and scanning.everything is perfect except HB count. It is 10.3. First doctor gave iron and calcium tablets for two weeks. In that month period was correct . But in certain months periods come with 15 days of interval only .That is ,if it came on 17 th of this month again came on 30 th of the same month. Then doctor prescribed combee L contraceptive oral pills. My daughter ate it for one month. Doctor asked us to come on 5th day of the period then .we went again . Doctor again prescribed combee L contraceptive pills. Is it advisable to use combee L contraceptive pills for a 14 year old girl?pls advice..
Female | 14
A hemoglobin level of 10.3 can contribute to irregular periods due to inadequate oxygen supply. The iron supplements should help improve this over time. The contraceptive pills prescribed can regulate her cycle by providing a steady hormone level. It's quite common for young girls to use these pills for period irregularities. Just make sure to follow up with the gynecologist regularly to monitor her progress.

I have medical history of having mouth ulcers and ruhumatad arthritis and have on penidure la 12 injections for more than 3 years at the age of 15 . Right now I'm at my 40s and suffering from headache, diziness, low blood pressure and sudden low sugar levels, all of sudden fast heart beat, low eye vision, chills and heat no consistency in body temperature.
Female | 43
According to your medical history and your present state, it could be one of a few probable things. Your symptoms like a headache, dizziness, low blood pressure, hypoglycemia, high heart rate, and blurred vision could, for instance, originate from a number of reasons like hormonal changes, anemia, or a possibility of a side effect of long-term antibiotics such as Penicillin LA 12. It is important to consult a doctor to be properly evaluated and treated if necessary.

Cyprodoil medicine kya estrogen ko regulate krta ya kaam krta .bcz mera already zyda ha toh doctor nay mujy yeh di ha
Female | 22
Cyprodoil provides mood regulation but it does not have to do with estrogen directly. Nevertheless, its effects can give relief to symptoms such as mood swings and the likes that typically come with the change of hormonal state. Estrogen in the blood can at times produce the feeling of being sick, which may include a late period, more weight, or anxiety. Handling such matters might require changing your lifestyle as well as use of some drugs. Observing how you feel and being open to discussing the issue with your healthcare provider is very important. See your doctor first if you want to talk about your hormone levels or simply if you have questions relating to your medicine.

An elevated thyroid-stimulating hormone may indicate an underactive thyroid, which can lead to fatigue or weight gain. The elevated blood sugar level points towards potential insulin resistance, often linked to lifestyle factors like diet and exercise. The mildly high hemoglobin A1c indicates you're in the prediabetes range. I recommend focusing on a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, alongside regular physical activity. It’s also important to consult a healthcare professional for an in-depth evaluation and tailored advice. They can provide the best guidance moving forward.

I am 55 year old person and having thyroid problem for last few years. I am taking medicine EUTHYROX 25. But I am in doubt with this medicine. Recently I tested my TSH test again, which result is below... T3 - 1.26 ng/mL T4 - 7.66 ug/dL TSH - 4.25 ml/UL (CLIA METHOD) Please suggest correct type of thyroid and medicine. Thanks
Male | 55
Your TSH level is a bit high, which means your thyroid isn’t making enough hormones. This can make you feel tired, gain weight, and be sensitive to the cold. People who have hypothyroidism usually take EUTHYROX 25 -- you might end up needing more or something else entirely. You must talk to your doctor about what all this means so they can help come up with a plan that will work best for you.

A few common symptoms, like loss of appetite, periodic fever, and sinus pain, are severe. Such signs could probably be associated with an allergic reaction to something in the air, sinus, or PCOD. One common cause of allergic reactions might also be the frequent inhalation of dust or consuming some food. Drink a lot of water and eat a balanced meal. Besides staying healthy, other important tips are to try to get as much rest and release stress as possible. If these symptoms recur, see a doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

Male | 55
Unexplained weight loss can be due to various reasons like thyroid issues, diabetes, digestive disorders, or even stress. Since your medical tests haven't provided answers yet, it might be helpful to consult with a specialist like an endocrinologist or a gastroenterologist for a more in-depth evaluation. In the meantime, try to keep track of any other symptoms you may be experiencing and make sure to stay well-hydrated and nourished.
