Thyroid problem Trouble in pregnancy
Female | 24
Thyroid issues can affect metabolism and hormone levels, potentially complicating pregnancy. Common symptoms include fatigue, weight changes, and mood swings. These conditions can result from autoimmune disorders or iodine deficiency. For a healthy pregnancy, it’s crucial to have a balanced thyroid function. Regular check-ups and blood tests will help monitor hormone levels. If you experience any concerning symptoms, it’s wise to speak with an endocrinologist. They can offer tailored advice and treatment options to support both your health and pregnancy.

I m a 23 year old girl i have hypothyroidism and i want to know about it
Female | 23
Hypothyroidism occurs when the thyroid gland produces too few thyroid hormones. The symptoms of this may include experiencing fatigue, gaining weight for no purpose, having dry skin, and feeling constantly cold. This can occur because of an infection, an autoimmune disease, or even after pregnancy. Typically, medications are recommended to help control thyroid hormones to re-balance the levels.

I am 34 years old average weight and exercising male. I feel my private part is not hard, strong as i had when i was 20-25 years old. So,could you pls recomend me some message oil?
Male | 34
It's not uncommon for men to notice differences in their sexual function as they get older. Factors like stress, lifestyle habits, and medical conditions can all play a role in this. Instead of just using a message oil, I recommend seeing a sexologist for a thorough evaluation. They can check for any underlying issues like hormonal imbalances or circulation problems. In the meantime, focusing on a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise, balanced diet, and managing stress can improve your overall sexual health.

Hai Doctor good morning I am mother of a 14 year old girl. She has irregular periods.we consulted a gynecologist and did blood test, hormone test,TSH test.and scanning.everything is perfect except HB count. It is 10.3. First doctor gave iron and calcium tablets for two weeks. In that month period was correct . But in certain months periods come with 15 days of interval only .That is ,if it came on 17 th of this month again came on 30 th of the same month. Then doctor prescribed combee L contraceptive oral pills. My daughter ate it for one month. Doctor asked us to come on 5th day of the period then .we went again . Doctor again prescribed combee L contraceptive pills. Is it advisable to use combee L contraceptive pills for a 14 year old girl?pls advice..
Female | 14
A hemoglobin level of 10.3 can contribute to irregular periods due to inadequate oxygen supply. The iron supplements should help improve this over time. The contraceptive pills prescribed can regulate her cycle by providing a steady hormone level. It's quite common for young girls to use these pills for period irregularities. Just make sure to follow up with the gynecologist regularly to monitor her progress.

Female | 24
The period getting delayed by 6 days can be scary but you need not worry. Your thyroid might be the reason for this delay. Thyroid troubles can sometimes interfere with your periods. Irregular periods, weight fluctuations, and fatigue are some symptoms. It's crucial to discuss with your doctor whether your thyroid is the cause of your period issues or not. They can assist you in getting the appropriate therapy that will normalize your thyroid and regulate your period.

Cyprodoil medicine kya estrogen ko regulate krta ya kaam krta .bcz mera already zyda ha toh doctor nay mujy yeh di ha
Female | 22
Cyprodoil provides mood regulation but it does not have to do with estrogen directly. Nevertheless, its effects can give relief to symptoms such as mood swings and the likes that typically come with the change of hormonal state. Estrogen in the blood can at times produce the feeling of being sick, which may include a late period, more weight, or anxiety. Handling such matters might require changing your lifestyle as well as use of some drugs. Observing how you feel and being open to discussing the issue with your healthcare provider is very important. See your doctor first if you want to talk about your hormone levels or simply if you have questions relating to your medicine.

Male | 49
Due to shortage of your usual insulin mixtard 30, switching to human mixtard 40 could be an option as they are similar insulins. However, it's always best to consult with your diabetologist before making any changes to your medication. They can offer personalized advice based on your specific needs and health condition. It's important to ensure a smooth transition to the new insulin to avoid any disruptions in your blood sugar management. Your doctor will guide you on the correct dosage and usage of human mixtard 40.

I have thyroid 1.25 and have been missing my periods
Female | 22
A reading of 1.25 could mean missed periods, tiredness, and weight fluctuations. An imbalanced thyroid disrupts your cycle's regularity. To address this issue, your doctor may prescribe medication to stabilize thyroid hormone levels. Following their guidance and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is crucial for supporting optimal thyroid function.

My wife and I are planning to conceive a baby from July. Just wanted which all panchkarma should be done by us as a precautionary measure. my Wife's dad has diabetes.
Male | 31
Panchakarma is a great way to detox the body before getting pregnant. Take all necessary precautions due to your wife’s father being diabetic. Abhyanga (oil massage) and Shirodhara (oil treatment) may be good options for her. These two therapies help lower stress levels and enhance overall health – both vital during pregnancy. Also, seek advice from an Ayurvedic specialist who can provide recommendations based on individual needs and requirements.

The gas and breathing problems, the left-hand pain, the back joint pain, and the spinning sensations can be connected to your thyroid condition. Hypothyroidism can be the reason for these symptoms. It is good to discuss this with your physician. They might optimize your thyroid medication or suggest other treatments to make you feel better.

I am 28 years old and I am taking steroids tablet..can it have side effects???
Female | 28
Steroids can impact your body negatively. Common side effects include weight gain, acne breakouts, mood fluctuations, and sleeping difficulties. This happens because steroids interfere with natural functions within your system. Weight gain and acne result from hormonal changes caused by steroids. Mood swings and insomnia occur when steroids disrupt chemical balances regulating emotions and sleep cycles. If experiencing these issues, consult your doctor immediately.

I an 24 year old female my T4is 12.90 and TSH 2.73 , T3=1.45 and Hemoglobin=11.70. I there a matter of concern
Female | 24
Hi there, after looking at your results, it seems to me that with a few exceptions, your thyroid levels are normal. Just to mention the numbers, all TSH, T3, and T4 are great, and hemoglobin appears slightly low, enough to cause symptoms like tiredness and dizziness, or lack thereof. Increasing iron intake through food may help boost the hemoglobin level.

I am 23 year old i have facial hair period cramps and my weight is increasing
Female | 23
At 23, experiencing facial hair growth, menstrual discomfort, and weight gain may stem from hormonal imbalances, such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Hormones can affect various bodily functions, leading to these symptoms. Regular exercise, a balanced diet, and stress management can help regulate hormones and improve overall well-being. Tracking your menstrual cycle may also provide useful insights. I recommend consulting a gynecologist to discuss your symptoms and explore potential solutions tailored to your needs.

I am 43 yr old male on healthy life style. Suddenly started to gain weight in past 1 month. Need a solution.
Male | 43
Many reasons can lead to weight gain. Among the most popular are: eating more than your body needs, lack of exercise, stress, or medical conditions. Be observant if you're experiencing more fatigue or hunger than usual, and also notice if you have a strange thirst. Do your best to eat balanced meals and be more active. Water is much preferable to sugary drinks as it can help too. Keep an eye on your weight and how you feel. Moreover, if necessary, don't hesitate to visit a doctor.
