Around 10 days back, I had sever chest pain and left hand along with half shoulder was paining a lot . I went to hospital immediately and got admitted. During investigation, they found BP was shoot up to 210/110 and due to this there was a pain in heart. Doctor gave me anta acidity , B fit tablet and Lonvzep tablet to continue for a week. My 2 D eco report, ECG report are normal. Since yesterday I am feeling uneasy and was having lot of sweating in night . Later it settle down. Can u please guide me how to proceed.

Hi, I have been experiencing chest pain since Nov'18. Post which I have done 7 ECG test, a stress test and the results were normal. I was advised hyperactivity medicines, however the pain never stopped. I met a Gastroenterologist, who confirmed no issues. Than I met a cardiologist who suggested for 2D echo, did it, it was normal. Then I did sonography, stage 1 fatty liver observed. Than did angiography, no blockages observed, however the blood flow is slow. Now I am left with nothing...
