I have been having joint pain in my legs for the past 5-6 years, but it is getting worse now. Uric acid in my blood test. It gradually gets better after taking painkillers. I was taking Fabusin 40 once for a month. It happened again after three months. What can be done? My body is itching more or less at night.
Male | 50
It's understandable to be concerned about your worsening leg discomfort that has persisted for several years. Elevated uric acid levels can lead to conditions like gout, which may contribute to joint pain. It’s good that pain relief is achieved with medications. Consider discussing with an orthopedist about adjusting your treatment, possibly re-evaluating medications like Fabusin, and exploring lifestyle changes, such as dietary adjustments to lower uric acid. The itching at night may require further investigation. Regular check-ups are essential for appropriate management.

Hand problem my elbow is gone to fracture
Male | 25
Your elbow might be broken. When the elbow is broken, you can feel pain, see swelling, and can’t move your arm easily. Fractures may occur by falling or putting too much pressure on the joint while doing some activities. A cast or sling may be required for your elbow to heal, but sometimes an operation is necessary too. Don't forget to follow up with an orthopedist.

Pain in buttock continuously, like irritation, sometime when I sit suddenly pain starts and also pain in poo.
Male | 19
You might be encountering something known as sciatica. The sciatic nerve becomes compressed and causes pain from your lower back down through your buttocks into one or both legs. Sometimes sitting for too long or sudden movements can trigger this. You can try doing some gentle stretches, not sitting down all day, and using heat packs on the area that hurts. If nothing changes after doing these things then it would be best to go see an orthopedic.

You seem to have symptoms of trigger finger. In this case, the finger gets into a bent position and it becomes impossible to straighten out. I suggest you see an orthopedist who is expert in hand and wrist injuries. They will identify the problem and a corresponding treatment method.

I have pain in lower back since 6 months
Female | 20
Lower back discomfort lasting six months can stem from various factors, including muscle strain, poor posture, or underlying conditions like arthritis. Common symptoms may include stiffness, radiating pain, or difficulty moving. It’s essential to maintain good posture, engage in regular gentle exercises, and apply heat or cold packs to alleviate discomfort. Over-the-counter pain relievers can be helpful as well. However, considering the duration of your symptoms, I recommend consulting a orthopedist for a thorough evaluation.

You may have a condition known as Morton's neuroma. This is when the tissue that surrounds a nerve in your foot gets thicker and causes pain that feels like a squeezing sensation when you are walking. The usual reasons may be the use of tight shoes or high heels. For this purpose, try to wear shoes with the proper space for your toes, and insoles for the better support of your feet to feel better. If the pain is continuous, then a visit to an orthopedist.

There are many different reasons why people get back pain. It could be because of a muscle strain or problems with your discs. Also, if you still have the pain even after getting an MRI done and treated for it then more tests need to be carried out. These symptoms can be caused by different underlying problems such as infections, inflammation, or fatigue. It's really important to prioritize bearing, making sure to stay hydrated, and using over-the-counter painkillers if the pain is too strong. I am a 28 years old male. While working out today I felt sudden sharp cramp at my lower back. Feeling that cramp for 1.5 hours. Different body postures making the cramp worse.
Male | 28
It's very important to be attentive to your body, - after all, a period of rest can lead to a significant reduction of the symptoms. Using heat or cold packs to alleviate the pain, and gentle stretching to relieve the tension can be beneficial. However, if the pain does not go away, it gets worse, or other symptoms such as numbness or weakness become more significant, I suggest you go to consult an orthopedist. They will be able to carry out a comprehensive evaluation and develop a treatment plan that will suit your recovery and well-being.

I am 24 years old and male. I hurt my knee in football and now I feel pain on one side.
Male | 24
You may have injured your knee during a football match. Achilles tendinitis or patellar tendinitis are the two most frequent causes of pain in the knee after an injury. Further, you may also have swelling or a problem moving the knee. To alleviate your knee problem, rest your knee, then put some ice on it to let it heal and elevate your leg. If you are still experiencing pain, it is relevant to take a rest from your daily activities and consult an orthopedist or therapist.
