The sensations you're experiencing in your hip and groin could be caused by various factors, such as tendonitis, bursitis, or nerve compression. While tumors can occur, they are not the most common cause of such symptoms. It’s important to address this persistent discomfort, as it could indicate an underlying issue needing attention. Last week I fell and hit my knee. It is bruised and swollen. There are no breaks or cracks in the area. Today the bruise on my knee is starting to fade but the swelling is hard. Her legs can walk as usual, but sometimes it hurts, she can't straighten and feel pressured in the swollen part. Because the swelling is hot and hard. Kdng2 is tired and throbbing. When she wants to straighten her legs, she will crack her knees and feel heavy. When I sit down he is depressed in his knees. Is it dangerous or is it normal to get hit?
Female | 20
If you are experiencing a hematoma, where blood pools and forms a lump underneath the skin. The swelling, hardness, and discomfort are general signs. It is common to sense these sensations while your body is healing. An ice pack, leg elevation, and painkillers can be used to provide relief. If the pain increases or if there is difficulty moving the knee, an orthopedist should be consulted for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Its pain from GYM ( deadlift, squat, pistol squat), sprinting. When I stand or walk for more than 3 minutes then pain starts in hip and radiates towards side quad, side calf and shin. ( no numbness, weakness or tingling). There is no pain while sitting and minor pain while lying. Doctor prescribed me pegabalin but I did not continue because heart rate variability observed.
Male | 41
It sounds like you're experiencing discomfort related to physical activities, particularly with hip pain radiating to your thigh and calf. This could stem from muscle strain, overuse, or misalignment during exercises. It's positive that you don't have numbness or weakness. To manage your symptoms, consider rest, gentle stretching, and ice application to reduce inflammation. Engaging in low-impact activities may also help. It's important to speak with an orthopedist to ensure there are no underlying issues. They can provide personalized advice and assess your heart rate variability concerns. Your well-being is a priority, so please don’t hesitate to seek further care.

My son whois 12 yrs old had fractured his rightleg two months back and his plaster was removed after 6 weeks but till now he is not able to walk properly. He takes first step and slowly slowly another step.He has no pain .Is this something to worry about?when can he play football or cycling?please help.Should I massage his leg
Male | 12
It's good that your kid's leg healed from the break. After the cast comes off, walking right may be hard. That happens because the leg muscles get weaker when in a cast. Have him walk more daily. Given time, he should play football or cycle normally again. Massaging his leg gently might help strengthen those muscles. If walking still troubles him, see an orthopedist.

Im a 25 years old female and i ma experience upper back pain and heel pain for almost 2 weeks. Also its been some days i have a pain around right breast.
Female | 25
The pain in your upper back might be from sitting too long or having bad posture; the heel is probably hurting because you’re wearing shoes that don’t fit well. The right breast also hurts sometimes if you’ve pulled a muscle or it’s inflamed. Take some time off and use ice packs or heating pads if necessary. None of these things help though, then get checked by an orthopedist.
