I am 19 years old and is diagnosed with disc bulge. I am a gymnast and I’m suffering from a great deal of pain in lower back and glute folds and behind the knee for about 4 years now. Also poster deformity due to severe pain. I feel like something is holding by back and pelvic region. I have wrist pain at both hands. At the left hand, it is the worst. I am 15 years old and have had a knee injury for 11 months . It started out as a meniscus injury and that has gotten better. According to my most recent MRI, I have edema , synovitis, and slight injuries to my ligaments. It doesn’t sound severe, but I have difficulty walking normally, and it often cracks, which makes it deteriorate. Also, because of the long duration，my muscles have muscle atrophy. Hello, 3 hours ago i fell on my knee while skateboarding. Left knee over the patella now swollen a bit more left over the patella.
