How to improve heart working. It's working just 30% ,so what can we do for improv our heart health with medicine like vitamins with food and which one?
Male | 62
Your heart's pumping power is low, about 30%. It makes you easily tired, short of breath, and dizzy. Eating vitamin-rich foods helps, like fruits, veggies, and whole grains. Omega-3 fish oil supplements can also boost heart health. Exercise regularly and reduce stress levels. These lifestyle changes may strengthen your heart. You can consult a cardiologist.

Low BP and on spironilactone for acne. BP was 99/60 on Monday. Today at 6:30am, it was 89/54 and at 7pm today it was 95/58. Have off and on nausea.
Female | 21
You seem to experience issues with hypotension and nausea. Spironolactone, a medication you take, can decrease blood pressure. When blood pressure declines excessively, dizziness and sickness may occur. Stay hydrated by consuming ample fluids. Additionally, opt for frequent small meals. If symptoms persist, consult your cardiologist promptly for guidance.

Is 124-135bpm Normal for a casual walk I have anxiety too I am 17 years old and weigh 55kg I’ve seen some spikes to 150bpm but only for a couple seconds and I believe that’s anxiety
Male | 17
Being a bit nervous during a walk is okay. Your heart rate going up to 124-135bpm is normal. Even a spike to 150bpm happens sometimes. Anxiety makes your heart beat faster. Use relaxation methods like deep breaths or being mindful. If you feel dizzy or have chest pains, contact a cardiologist.

I underwent angioplasty 15 days back. Can i do following? Driving a car Walking Exercise Pranayama
Male | 54
Driving may resume within 1-2 weeks if feeling well. You can take short walks, but avoid strenuous exercise initially. Pranayama's benefits await, yet start gently, listening closely. Should chest pain or dizziness arise, cease activity and rest. You can also talk to your cardiologist for advice.
