On the other hand, for your hair, you should eat a balanced diet with adequate amounts of vitamins and minerals, especially biotin, which is found in nuts and legumes, such as lentils, zinc in chicken and sardines, and iron in red meat and spinach. Remember, drinking enough water is also important.
