I am 18 years girl my thyroid report is 14.1 . Is this normal?

Female | 18

Your thyroid test came back showing a level of 14.1, which means that your thyroid is a little high. There are several possible causes, such as inflammation or certain medications. Some symptoms may be weight changes, fatigue, and mood swings. Treatment usually consists of taking medicine to regulate your thyroid levels. Be sure to see your doctor again soon for more advice.

کیا Pcos You can have a cup of tea a day?? This will not disturb the hormones ??If there is estrogen dominance or excess testosterone .There is a چائے پتی of local shops. Will there be any harm in taking one cup of tea in a day if it is half cup of milk and half cup of water and in it we also add mint and mix jaggery(gur) .

Female | 23

Aap ek cup chai roz peenay se zyada takleef nahi hogi, lekin dhyan rakhna zaroori hai. PCOS ke sath, kuch mahilayen estrogen ya testosterone ki unchi levels se pareshan ho sakti hain, jo kabhi kabhi menstrual cycle ya skin par asar daal sakti hain. Aapki chai, jo half milk aur half water ke saath hai, mainly any significant harm nahi karegi. Mint aur jaggery daalne se bhi koi burayi nahi hai, jab tak sab kuch moderation mein ho. Halankeh, agar aapko serious symptoms milte hain, toh doctor se consult karna achha hoga. Aapka khayal rakhein!

When one loses weight abruptly, it could be a sign of a more serious health condition. One of the following conditions may be responsible for it: hyperthyroidism, diabetes, and even cancer. It is worth mentioning other manifestations like tiredness, weakness, and changes in the nourishing of the body. It is important to contact the health care provider for further investigation and proper examination.

Hello Dr .i want to gain weight, which supplement do I take

Female | 22

Weight gain can be influenced by factors like metabolism, diet, and exercise habits. Before starting any supplement, it's best to consult with a healthcare provider to determine the underlying cause of your low weight. They can recommend personalized strategies, such as increasing calorie and protein intake through a balanced diet and possibly incorporating supplements like protein powders or weight gainer shakes.

I'm very skinny. I eat a lot but still I don't gain any weight

Male | 16

One potential reason is that you have a fast metabolism. Your body burns through calories very quickly, which can make it difficult for some people to gain weight. Other potential causes may include hyperthyroidism or problems with malabsorption. You should consult with a dietitian or nutritionist who will assist in creating a meal plan that helps increase your calorie intake healthily.
