Can TENS therapy over sacral nerves cure urge incontinence?

I had bladder hyposensitivity for over a year then started using TENS therapy over S2-S3 sacral nerves for four months and now my urge incontinence has gone away. If I continue for another 1 year can I eventually come off TENS?
