After pregnancy, it's quite normal to have irregular periods if the situation is stressful for you. Your body might require some time to get it reconciled. Stress and hormone levels play a crucial role in the regulation of your menstrual cycle. If you're not starting to have any other symptoms like pain or fever, it's likely just a natural delay. If you feel worried, you can always stay safe by seeking advice from a gynecologist

My wife pregnant status is 12 weeks now we are in sexual relationship is safe or unsafe please clear my doubt

Male | 29

Unless your doctor advices otherwise, it’s perfectly safe to have sex when you are pregnant. Your wife’s body is undergoing transformations, but sex will probably not harm the baby. However, in some cases it is necessary to refrain from sex due vaginal bleeding or premature labor and low-lying placenta. Changes may occur such as vaginal dryness, but a water-based lubricant can rectify it. Also, if it’s uncomfortable try different positions. Communication is important, discuss with your doctor and partner.

Is any thing happen when the period colour is dark red

Its generally considered normal and not a cause for concern. It can occur when the blood takes longer to leave the uterus and partially oxidizes.

I have fibroid issues or cyst

Female | 31

As a cyst or fibroid goes, so it means that some growths in the body shouldn't be there. They can cause some symptoms like pain in the belly, excessive bleeding, and needing to pee a lot. Fibroids and cysts can happen because of hormonal fluctuations. At times, we may not know the precise cause. Treatment can be medication, surgery, or sometimes watching to make sure they don't cause any problems.
