Hi- I got lake water in my mouth a few days ago and now my gums are puffy and swolen . They also are occasionally bleeding. My tongue has sores on it as well.

Puffy and swollen gums, bleeding gums, and sores on your tongue may indicate conditions like infections or irritations. Consult a dentist or a doctor who can examine your mouth, provide a proper diagnosis
