Hy I had unprotected sex two weeks ago but I took P2 know I got my menstruations but I started feeling nauseous 3days before they start and am still experiencing the nauseous during my menstruations

Nausea during a period usually is one of the most common symptoms, but if it goes beyond and is accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting, fever, or redness, it might be a cause for concern. I recommend you to look for a gynecologist or a general practitioner.
