I am 30 years old i have mis my periods and also check pregnancy test 3 times but result negative i also check my cbc test and hemoglobin 12.5 but still my periods not come i also check in govt Hospital they are also check pregnancy test but negative what i do

Missing periods can be due to other reasons than pregnancy,like stress, changes in weight or exercise routine, PCOS, thyroid disorders, etc. You can consult a gynecologist who can examine you and run some tests to determine the cause of your missed periods.
