I am a 21 year old male and I saw a urologist for a groin pull back when I was 18. Upon examination he said my testicles were a little small. I measure at about 2x2 inches for both. Do these measurement seem a little small ? I think I notice a change in size myself. I had my testosterone levels tested and came back normal. What could be causing the atrophy and is it reversible ? I had an orchiopexy when I was 12 to prevent torsion. I had pain in my testicles back then but wasn’t torsion, surgery was done to prevent such occurrence. Can tacking the testicles cause atrophy overtime ? I don’t drink, smoke, or do drugs. I keep myself healthy as much as possible. Is there a correlation between ejaculation frequency and testicle shrinkage ?
