Erectile issues can be influenced by various factors, including stress, fatigue, or even overtraining at the gym. It's essential to consider your overall health, sleep patterns, and stress levels. If the problem persists, consulting with a urologist can help rule out any underlying medical conditions. They may assess your hormonal levels, vascular health, and other factors contributing to erectile function. Maintaining a balanced lifestyle, including proper sleep, nutrition, and exercise, is crucial for overall sexual health.

Erection is not related to physical exercise but if you are too tired after gym it may affect erection. Need to consult urologist for investigation.
