Your symptoms make it possible that you may be having a urinary tract infection (UTI). A urinary tract infection can cause symptoms as the emission of foul-smelling discharge, inflammation, and painful urination, and ulcers in the urethra. Yellowish discharge and reddish-orange pee could be an indication of an infection. Usually, antibiotics prescribed by a urologist are the first choice for the treatment of UTIs.

I am experiencing discomfort and pain in my left testicle for the past four weeks. The pain is mild and is mainly felt when I stand up from a lying position or remain stationary for an extended period. I visited a doctor initially, and he prescribed medication, which helped reduce the pain, but I still have lingering discomfort. The pain is localized to the left testicle and is not severe enough to affect my daily activities significantly. However, I have noticed that my left testicle hangs lower than the right one, and there is a slight difference in size between the two. The pain is manageable and does not interfere with my ability to function, but I am concerned about the lingering discomfort and the asymmetry between the testicles. I have tried using ice packs and over-the-counter pain relief ointments, but the relief is temporary. I have also been practicing self-care measures such as wearing supportive underwear and avoiding activities that aggravate the pain. Despite these efforts, the discomfort persists. I am seeking guidance on how to manage this condition effectively and whether there are any additional steps I can take to alleviate the pain and promote healing. I would appreciate your expertise and advice on how to address this issue and restore normalcy to my testicular health.

Hi, I am recovering from severe Hepatitis A. Underwent 3 sessions of plasma exchange and I am recovering well. Bilirubin has also gone down all the way to 4 and is still going down. INR is also around 1.25 from 3.5+ previously. Physically feeling much better. I got the disease before almost 3 and a half to 4 months. The only thing bothering me is that before 2 months or so I noticed a small rice-like lump in my scrotum left side. Slightly larger than rice. It seems separate from testicles. It is painless. Size hasn't increased in last 2 months. It can move slightly in all directions. Kindly consult if it is something I should worry about. Thanks

Male | 25

Let’s talk about the lump in your scrotum. It's good that it doesn’t cause you pain. It might be a benign condition called a hydrocele, which is a fluid-filled sac around the testis. Since it hasn't grown and isn't painful, there's no need to worry. However, it's still a good idea to mention it to your doctor during your next check-up.

How to cure from chronic protatis

Male | 25

Chronic prostatitis brings pain in the pelvic area or when urinating. It causes frequent urination and difficulty emptying the bladder completely. Bacterial infections or inflammation of the prostate gland often cause it. If a bacterial infection exists, antibiotics treat it. Warm baths, drinking plenty of fluids, avoiding irritants like caffeine helps manage symptoms too. Follow your doctor's advice for proper treatment always.

My son has kidney stones and undergoing so much pain. He also has blood in his urine. What is the best treatment in India as he finds it risky to operate here in Kenya.

Male | 28

Your son should consult with a urologist in India to discuss the best treatment options for his case. Blood in the urine is a common symptom of kidney stones. There are non invasive and minimally invasive methods of treatment. Your doctor needs to examine and then suggest you a treatment plan.

Hello, Is masturbation daily safe ? Or it affect in future after marriage??

Male | 29

It's generally considered safe and does not have any adverse effects on physical or mental health. It does not inherently interfere with sexual function or satisfaction, infact it can help individuals become more aware of their own bodies and preferences, which may contribute to improved sexual experiences with a partner.
