It's quite normal to feel anxious when your periods are out of schedule. One of the reasons could be stress, gaining or losing weight, or imbalances in hormones. The symptoms could be such as bloating, mood swings, or tenderness of the breast. In order to balance your periods, try to cope with stress, keep your weight within a healthy range, and eat a nutritious diet. If the problem continues, talk to a gynecologist for more help.

Hi, i have been on birth control ( the pill Alessna) for years, im in between periods and over the past few days/ almost week i’ve had very light spotting m, not enough for a tampon but if i pee or wood there is slight blood, and if i wrap my finger with toilet paper and insert, there is blood….. what might this be?!
Female | 25
Spotting between periods on birth control is pretty normal. It may occur because your body adjusts to the hormones. Stress or missing pills cause it sometimes too. But usually, it's nothing serious. If bleeding gets heavier or lasts, see a gynecologist.

I am 19 year old female...I had unprotected sex on 27 April for the first time and within 45 min I took the unwanted 72 tablet and my periods are 3 days delay so when will my periods come??
Female | 19
Emergency contraception like Plan B can throw your cycle off whack because of all the hormones it contains. It should only be a few days late. And if it doesn’t show up within another week or two, and feel free to take that pregnancy test.

The thing is I had an unprotected intercourse last month and a mistake actually happen and I ought to use postinor 2 for the first time to prevent any form of pregnancy. But after that my period did not flow well that month so I actually thought it's may be due to the drug so I waited the next month to see if there will be changes although it's doesn't flow much like before again but it's still better than the last period but the issues now is that am still seeing it after 5days which is my normal period length and it's going to like 8days now?
Female | 22
Your menstrual cycle seems different after Postinor 2. That's normal. The emergency pill can affect periods. You might bleed irregularly or your flow changes. It depends how your body reacts. If issues continue, talk to your doctor. Different people have varied responses to medicines.

So I noticed these bumpy things around my vaginal opening back in December of 2023. I went to the hospital and the said it was just from rough sex. I saw someone at the clinic and they said it was hpv. Recently I saw another doctor who just said it looked like irritation. I’m not sure now. The bumps are not as prominent as back in December. It’s like raised papillae. Is it vp or hpv? I need help. I took an std test and I was clear for everything including hiv and herpes. 2 doctors said it was irritation and one said it was hpv just by looking at it. It’s not like warts that are brown and prominent. It isn’t noticeable at first but when you touch it you can feel it. I can’t tell if it’s vp or hpv. I need help please.

It's understandable to feel confused with differing opinions from doctors. Since you have seen multiple specialists with different diagnoses, it is best to visit a dermatologist or a gynecologist for a thorough examination and possibly a biopsy if needed. They can provide a more definitive answer and appropriate treatment.

Ma'am my last periods will come on 20 August and end on 25 th August....so ma'am I have done a sexually thing on 8th of September should pregnancy will occur or not???
Female | 19
According to the dates you've given, it is improbable that pregnancy would result from the action on September 8th. As it was after your period, the probability of you becoming pregnant is not very high. The first indicators of pregnancy can be such as missed periods, nausea, fatigue, and breast tenderness. If you notice any of these symptoms, it is a good idea to take a pregnancy test to be sure.

I have missed my period for two months now but I'm not pregnant
Female | 20
Missing your period does not necessarily mean pregnancy. Stress, weight fluctuations, hormone imbalances – these could also impact menstruation. Additionally, if you experience acne flare-ups, excess hair growth, or headaches , it could indicate an underlying condition. Relax, eat wholesome foods, and stay active. If this problem persists, consider consulting a gynecologist for proper diagnosis.

Missing a period can happen for many reasons, like stress, weight changes, or hormonal imbalances. It's common for women not to get their period without being pregnant. However, if it continues, it's a good idea to consult a doctor. They may suggest tests or treatments to help. Always reach out to a gynecologist if you're concerned about your body.

Shadi ma do din rha gae ha period nai howa ab tk Kya kro
Female | 30
If your period is two days late, don’t panic. It could be due to stress, sudden weight loss, or hormonal changes. If you're sexually active, consider pregnancy as a possibility. Wait a couple more days, and if your period still doesn’t start, take a home pregnancy test to confirm. If late periods become a recurring issue, consult a gynecologist for further guidance.

Female | 19
The morning after pills help stop pregnancy after unprotected sex. They work best within three days but can help up to five days later. Some side effects like nausea or irregular bleeding may occur, but aren't serious. If you have severe pain or heavy bleeding, talk to a gynecologist right away.

There is always a small chance of pregnancy, especially if your menstrual cycle is irregular or shorter than average, the occurrence of your period is generally a good indication that you are not pregnant.

I had what can be classified as unprotected sex on 27th August (this is because I was experiencing diarrhea which reduced my regular combined pill efficiency and protection). Partner pulled out twice, we shower in between and clean. I took emergency contraception within 24 hours (brand: andalan postpil) and had one last diarrhea nearly 3 hours later (a bit less I think) after taking the pill. Would the emergency contraception be effective (I also have BMI of 30.5) or do I need to take another emergency pill?
Female | 22
Taking the emergency contraception pill is a very effective way of preventing pregnancy. Apart from that, you took the emergency pill which was the right move, and you experienced diarrhea, which can lower the effectiveness of the pill. Pay attention to any unusual symptoms and if you are worried, it is always better to consult a gynecologist.

Period band ho chuke hai age 40 year hai kya baby ho sakta hai
Female | 40
While the chances of conceiving naturally are slightly lower at 40, it’s still possible! Irregular periods can happen due to various factors like hormonal changes, stress, or even early menopause. It’s a good idea to see a gynecologist to find out the specific cause and explore fertility options if that’s your goal.

I have been experiencing implantation bleeding from the vagina from Monday Is there a possibility to be pregnant?
Female | 25
Implantation bleeding occurs when a fertilized egg attaches to the uterine lining. It signifies potential pregnancy. However, hormonal fluctuations or infections can also cause it. Symptoms include light spotting and mild cramping. If pregnancy is suspected, taking a home test is advisable. But if bleeding persists or concerns arise, consulting a gynecologist ensures personalized guidance.

Sometimes, a disease or a sudden change in routine also makes it come later. Try not to get too anxious. If a few more days pass, and you still don't see it, visit a gynecologist.

Had protected sex during ovulation took p2 following day, 10 days now nausea, abdominal pain, headache, bachache, stabbing pain above navel, fatigue
Female | 22
You're dealing with unwanted effects after emergency contraception. Nausea, stomach cramps, headaches, backaches, stabbing above the belly button, and exhaustion can come with the pill. It changes hormones in your body, leading to these issues. Try resting, drinking water, and eating light foods. But if problems persist or worsen, see a gynecologist.
