Why does my penis skin not fully retract and cause pain when touched?
When I ejaculate my penis skin does not go back fully and also my pens skin ot too sensitive when I touched it pains a lot

It seems as if you are suffering from a condition called phimosis that occurs when the foreskin is usually tougher than normal and cannot be retracted fully. This causes pain around sexual intercourse which makes people very uncomfortable. I advise you to see a urologist and let them examine you.
