"As" per your clinical history is concerned please do these investigations and send me report -(CBC with differential, Rapid antigen test) ,and take these medications now , Ondase 4mg every 8 hours for vomiting, Crocin 650mg every 12 hours for fever, Cefixime 200mg twice a day for 7 days, Vizylac caps twice a day for 7 days.

"As" per your clinical history is concerned you can take these medications, -(Pan 40mg ) once a day for 14 days, Gelusil tab every 8 hours, add -(Metrogyl 400mg) twice a day for 10 days, and for pain you can add -(Cyclopam MF) every 8 hours.

Thanks for your query,

"As" per your clinical history is concerned there is no harm in fingering, bleeding from vagina can be due to many causes so in my opinion you can take -(Progesterone 200mg) tab from day 14th to day 15th of each circle,add (Tranexa MF) tab every 8 hours during periods to stop bleeding, add -(Doxyla LB) twice a day for 21 days.

Test -(USG whole abdomen)

"As" per your clinical history is concerned please take -(Crocin 650 mg ) twice a day for fever ,add -(Almox 500mg) twice a day for 7 days, add dry cough syrup (Kofarest DX) 2 teaspoons every 8 hours for 7 days , do warm saline gargle every 6 hours for 7 days.
