If we finger into vagina ourselves does it cause bleeding more than 5months

"As" per your clinical history is concerned there is no harm in fingering, bleeding from vagina can be due to many causes so in my opinion you can take -(Progesterone 200mg) tab from day 14th to day 15th of each circle,add (Tranexa MF) tab every 8 hours during periods to stop bleeding, add -(Doxyla LB) twice a day for 21 days.
Test -(USG whole abdomen)
