It's very paining in head

I am a 14 year old male, I have health anxiety and I overthink alot. I recently (about 3 days ago) started having a dull pain in my back, it is sometimes located in the upper back, sometimes in the middle and sometimes in the lower back, but mainly in my middle back. I google around alot because of my anxiety and I am really scared on pancreatic cancer because it says that you can have a dull pain in your back when having it. I do not experience any other symtoms of pancreatic cancer other than that. I am really scared to go to the doctor aswell.

I am a 24 Female. Weighs 60kg and 171cm tall. Yesterday my medical checkup report came out. My glucose level is 3.9. everything else is good except my cholesterol level is at 6.4. I don't overeat, sometimes skip my meals. I don't drink sugary drinks. I know my eating habit isn't that bad but was kind of shocked about my cholesterol level. Both of my parents have high cholesterol level but was only diagnosed in their 40s. Can i know what is wrong and how should i handle this?

Hello, I did a brain MRI today and got this: Incidental low-lying cerebellar tonsils extending approximately 4-5 mm inferior to the foramen magnum bilaterally. Does it means I have Arnold Chiari Malformation? What is the treatment for it?
