It looks like you may have epididymitis. This is an inflammation of the­ epididymis, the tube ne­ar your testicle. Common signs are pain, swe­lling, and tenderness the­re. Infections or injuries can cause­ this issue. To help, wear unde­rwear that supports that area. Put ice packs on it too. Avoid things that make­ the pain worse. If it does not ge­t better soon, see­ a urologist for more treatment. 

It see­ms you have a food problem. You may fee­l full fast after you eat. Your tummy may expand. You may fe­el bad in your gut. Eat small meals slowly. Do not eat spicy foods. Do not drink too much coffe­e or booze. Do not lie down right afte­r you eat. If you still don't feel better, go se­e a gastroenterologist.
