Could my chest pain be linked to serious issues?

I am 12 years old and I am a female who has been having chest pain for at least 2 and a half years now. It has been happening with sharp pains either my left arm or right arm. It hurts very badly and sometimes I feel very sharp pains near the chest area. Though breast pain may not have to do with this but I get it when I'm not on my period or when my period isn't even yet to come. Today I have felt a sharp pain near the breast area , underneath them. The chest pains as well come every so often. There were times were I wasn't able to sleep due to the pain near or on my chest. I have told my parents and seen a doctor once but the doctors said nothing about it at all and only talked about my allergies. So I'm concerned if this is bad because there are times I think I wont be alive by the next day because of the pain. Maybe I am just overthinking but I don't want to not know what's going on. So please answer my concerns if you can.

Is a 2 cm baby head size at 12 weeks normal?

At 12 weeks, the 2 cm head size of the baby displayed in the scans is normal. This is nothing but a predictable growth pattern. The baby's brain will continue to grow to the same body proportions during the pregnancy. An infant's cranial size at this stage is crucial in the development of the brain, thus this is an important parameter to control.

Do I Need Baby's Heart Surgery for Renal Dysplasia?

A 2mm perimembranous VSD refers to a tiny opening in the heart. Whereas, right renal dysplasia signifies improper formation of the right kidney. Occasionally, the hole might naturally close as the baby develops further. However, if it persists, surgical intervention may be needed once the baby grows older.
