What are the supplements to take for my deficiency? What should I avoid? I am planning to go to the gym, and I would like to know about other protein sources and supplements like multivitamins. I stay in a PG hostel, so I don’t have access to much food and couldn’t manage my diet properly. I have a vitamin D3 deficiency in my blood. What should I do? Please recommend the supplements and overall health plan. How much mg should I take regularly? Please check it.
