For the purpose of burning belly fat, eat healthily and exercise regularly. To keep the breast size the same, concentrate on strength training exercises that work on the chest muscles.

First You should clarify whether that spot is increasing or decreasing in size ..consult your near by dermatologist for examination, after diagnosis we can tell you products to use ...as of now see that you are exposed to sunlight early in the morning at least for 10 min.
and take nutritious food.
