Questions & Answers on "Parent Counseling" (119)

I am 40 yrs old. Lady let me know power gummy blessful sleep is it really work for insomnia

Female | 40

Power Gummy Blissful Sleep says it solves sleep problems but whether or not this is true depends upon each person’s unique needs. One thing that could help you feel better would be creating an evening routine characterized by healthy sleeping patterns; try going to bed at the same time every night, waking up consistently without an alarm clock each morning, avoiding any caffeine intake after noon as well all electronic devices before bedtime plus setting up a calming sleep environment in your room!

I am prescribed 0.50 mg of alprazolam as needed. I took my dose and do not feel anything and am still having an anxiety attack. It has been 2 and a half hours since I took that dose. Can I take 0.25 now or is it too dangerous? I have no health issues.

Female | 24

Don't take more medicine without going to a doctor. You may hurt yourself if you do anything harmful. At least attempt to find some other way besides taking so much Xanax all the time because that could end badly too, like speaking halfway or breathing deeply.  If these don't work then going to therapy would be great too.

Can I take my xanax and drink orange juice?

Female | 71

To get the Xanax to work effectively, don't take it with orange juice. Xanax is in a class of medications called benzodiazepines. Mixing it with orange juice makes your body absorb Xanax less well because the juice's acidity interferes with this process.
