What to expect 5 months after knee replacement?
At 5 months after knee replacement surgery, patients can expect to have significantly reduced pain and improved mobility compared to the pre-surgical state. However, complete recovery may take up to a year or more. Regular physical therapy, exercises, and follow-up appointments with the doctor are necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.

How to heal Achilles tendon?
Minor Achilles tendon injuries heal on their own. Your self care routine can follow these steps
- Resting your leg

You can also take anti-inflammatory painkillers and practice light stretching and strengthening exercises. Orthopedic doctors in India may recommend surgery if your Achilles is torn.

limb lengthening surgery how many inches?
This surgery can add up to 6 inches (15 centimeters) to a leg.
Considerations:
- The safe lengthening range is 2-3 inches (5-8 cm) in the thigh bone (femur).
- If lengthening exceeds 3 inches in either bone, the same might result in more complications.
- A separate lengthening procedure can be performed one year after the previous surgery in the shin bones (tibiae) region to gain 2-3 inches (5-8 cm) more.
Hope our answer satisfies your query!

I am 24years old male and met with an road accident 9 days back and was on some pain killers and i got my x-ray and CT scan done 3 days back that is 6 days post accident the report stated it's avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament. Minimal posterior, cranial displacement of the fracture fragments noted.the consulted doctor suggested surgery is the option and i am looking to avoid it. I will be really happy if some doctor has a opinion otherwise.
