Could my child's symptoms indicate a serious condition?

Patient's Query

Hello Doctor, I have a 3-year-old child. For about 15 days, he has been vomiting once تقريبًا per day, without fever and without diarrhea. He complains of lower abdominal pain and suffers from constipation. When touching his abdomen, below the belly button there is a hard lump, like something solid. My child has a history of allergies (especially food-related), and he was previously taking propolis (bee propolis), which we have stopped. There is no fever and no diarrhea. He drinks water but his appetite is reduced. We already visited a doctor, but no tests were requested. I would appreciate your advice

Based on what you've shared, it sounds like your child might be dealing with something uncomfortable. The vomiting, abdominal pain, constipation, and that hard lump you felt below the belly button are all concerning symptoms. These signs could indicate a few things like a gastrointestinal issue or even a possible bowel obstruction. Since there's a history of allergies and the use of propolis, it's essential to consider if these factors are playing a role. I would recommend seeking further medical evaluation from gastroenterologist, maybe this time requesting some tests like an ultrasound to get a clearer picture of what's going on inside. It's always better to be safe and rule out any serious causes. In the meantime, try to keep your child hydrated and monitor his symptoms closely.

Sir i have stuck a rice in my mind pipe now what to do

Male | 21

This is a likely situation. If you experience difficulty swallowing, have severe pain in your chest, or are Short of breath, go to the hospital as soon as possible. You may try drinking little sips of water to help it down. Refrain from the activity of self-induced vomiting. If the signs persist, seek medical aid at once.

From yesterday night hiccups on and off

Male | 74

Hiccups are little jumps in your body when the muscles around your chest and stomach twitch. They can arise from eating too quickly, excitement, and anxiety. Typically, they pass away on their own after a brief period. You may attempt drinking water more slowly or breathing deeply, to calm them down. If they continue for a long time and are a nuisance to you, let someone know to make sure everything is okay.

I have continuous hiccups from morning..can't control it

Male | 21

Hiccups are caused by a muscle under the lungs called the diaphragm getting agitated is the main reason behind it. This may be caused by the fact that you eat faster, are stressed, or swallow a lot of air. To deal with the hiccups, you can try holding your breath for a couple of seconds, then sipping cold water, or gently scaring yourself. If they persist for more than 48 hours, you should see a doctor.

Have been having back pain and was prescribed zerodol for 5 days but I have gastric. NOW I am having some pain in chest after the completion of medication zerodol.

Female | 26

You could be suffering acid reflux which is the actual reason for a painful chest. Zerodol has the potential to occasionally cause stomach inflammation, which might have been the cause of your chest conditions. In this regard, try to eat smaller meals, avoid hot, spicy foods, and remain standing for some time after your meal. You might also consider talking to a pharmacist for advice on which over-the-counter medications are best for acid reflux.

Iam 19 years old, male,I have gas leaking from my anus and it ruins my relationships, I have H-Pylori and I have duodenum inflammation. So I need help to get rid of this leakage.

Male | 19

You may have a problem known as anal incontinence. This term refers to the inability to control your bowel movements or flatulence. This issue may be connected with your H-Pylori and inflammation in the duodenum. When the muscles in the anus become slack due to digestive disorders, an individual may experience involuntary passage of wind. To control this complication, it is recommended that you eat a balanced diet containing fiber as well as avoid foods that can trigger it. You can also do pelvic floor exercises which will help in strengthening these muscles. Don’t forget to keep seeing your doctor concerning H-Pylori and duodenum inflammation because treating them can also relieve the signs.
