I am done with my piles surgery two week back through laser surgery it was reached its 4th stage now after two week it's still swelling feeling like does my piles hit back or what . Or it is normal to have lump like swelling after went through laser surgery
Female | 24
The swelling may come up as your body heals. In some cases, a small lump may be created, which will be similar to the piles that are coming back. It's usually one of the healing mechanisms. You should always wash the site and strictly follow your physician's orders. If you have any doubts, it's always a good idea to talk to your gastroenterologist.

Male | 21
A person infected with tapeworms or roundworms might suspect this when they have symptoms such as abdominal discomfort, abnormal weight changes, or the presence of worms in the stool. These infections are often due to eating food that has been contaminated. You should consult a gastroenterologist for proper treatment and advice.

Dehideration , stomach pain , still 2 or 3 times loose stools happen , like watery ,
Female | 4 years
Dehydration can definitely cause stomach pain and loose stools. When your body lacks enough fluids, it can lead to these symptoms. It could be from a stomach bug, food poisoning, or even just not drinking enough water. To help, make sure to sip on water or electrolyte-rich drinks. Try to eat bland foods like rice, bananas, or toast. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it's best to see a gastroenterologist for a check-up. They can provide more tailored advice and treatment options based on your specific situation.

I am facing pain on the upper side of right breast and also feeling pain unde ribs and shoulder
Female | 30
Experiencing pain in your upper right breast, under your ribs, and in your shoulder can sometimes be related to issues like muscle strain, inflammation of the chest wall, or even problems with your gallbladder. In some cases, it could also be due to issues with your heart or lungs, though that's less common. To better understand what's going on, it would be wise to see a cardiologist. They can do a thorough examination, possibly order some tests, and provide you with a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

Female | 22
It seems like you might have morning sickness symptoms, even if not pregnant. Feeling unwell throughout the day, aversion to some food, weakness, and crying without clear triggers are typical indications of this. Sometimes, it can result from hormonal adjustments or stress build-up in your body. Attempt consuming little portions frequently, keep yourself well hydrated and get plenty of sleep too. If these signs persist, see a gastroenterologist who will help rule out other underlying issues.

I am 21 years old. When I press my abdomin lightly it hurts, Even when I poop I feel pressure build up in the lump near umbilicus. I feel constant discomfort in my abdomin,,no pain though.
Female | 21
From your description, it seems what you have is an umbilical hernia. Therein, a little piece of your intestine may pop up through a weak part of your belly button, and as a result, a lump is formed. This may be the reason why you experience discomfort when pushing on your belly or while pooping. See a gastroenterologist for a thorough diagnosis and treatment, which can involve surgery to repair the hernia.

Female | 43
Swelling in your feet and abdomen, along with painful urination, can indicate fluid retention and possible complications related to autoimmune hepatitis. It's essential to maintain communication with your healthcare provider about your symptoms and medications. They may suggest adjustments to your treatment plan or additional tests to assess your liver function and rule out other issues. Staying hydrated, adopting a low-sodium diet, and monitoring your weight are also beneficial. Please consult a gastroenterologist promptly to address these symptoms effectively and ensure you receive the care you need.

I m 40 years old. I m suffering from fissure in anus. It gives me pain
Male | 40
Fissures are little rips in the skin around the anus. Passing hard stools, diarrhea, or inflammatory bowel disease can cause them. To heal the fissure, drink plenty of water, eat foods high in fiber, and use stool softeners. You might need creams or ointments too so that it does not hurt as much and heals faster.

The lower left quadrant of my abdomen hurts for 12 days with mild bloating. The pain was intense before, very intense when it comes, I would say a 7 to 8 out of 10. I also had abdominal cramps, rectal tenesmus, and have been taking laxatives but not anymore today. I still feel occasional discomfort and pain in my abdomen. The pain was intense for 9 days before dampening now into a more mild form. I made a visit to the doctor in day 9 (it is day 12 today) and the doctor said it should be cleared up in 3 days. The doctor said it may be a fecaloma. After not taking laxatives, the diarrhoea is less watery but I still feel bloated and painful in my abdomen although much milder. I suspect an underlying problem.
Male | 21
Your symproms could be due to some underlying issue..possible causes can be fecal impaction, gastrointestinal infections, Ibs, or other gastrointestinal conditions. Follow up with your doctor for thorough evaluation and diagnosis.

Blood stool might be a sign of different disorders, one of which is a sensitive stomach or irritation from Novacip-TZ. Sometimes, this medicine may cause your stomach to have problems and your anus to become irritated. Drink a lot of water, eat fiber-rich foods, and do not eat spicy or fatty foods. If the symptoms continue, it's better to contact your gastroenterologist for more advice.

Hello Doctor, I am a 19-year-old female and this morning I noticed very light red spotting on my pants and tissue, which appeared twice but has not happened again. I have no pain, cramps, unusual discharge, or other symptoms. My last period ended on the 9th of this month, and my cycles are irregular. I had an intimate encounter with my boyfriend where I was lying on top of him and his penis was pointing at his stomach, with no penetration. I am not taking any medications, and this is the first time I have noticed this spotting. I understand that light spotting can sometimes occur before a period or due to hormonal changes, but I would appreciate your guidance on whether this is normal or if I should be concerned.
Female | 19
In your case, with no pain or unusual discharge, it's possible this spotting could be due to hormonal fluctuations. Your irregular cycles may also play a role. Since there was no penetration during intimacy, it's unlikely related to that. I'd recommend keeping an eye on it. If the spotting continues or you develop other symptoms, it's a good idea to reach out to a gynecologist for a check-up just to be safe.

Pain in lower left abdomen when sitting but no pain when standing or laying down
Female | 25
You have discomfort in your belly's left lower area. This happens when sitting down. Little pouches in your colon may be inflamed; that's diverticulitis. Other signs: bloating, hard or loose stools. To ease the hurt, eat foods high in fiber and drink lots of water. But, if pain persists, it's wise to consult a gastroenterologist.

Female | 16
Bulimia Nervosa may be the problem you are facing. Frequently vomiting may be the reason behind this. It can result in a stomach ache, throat irritation, and even tooth decay. Your body requires food to maintain good health. A physician can treat you by giving therapy and suggesting a proper diet.

I had my gallbladder removed last November, so I’m wondering if it’s safe to eat tacos, even though before I had my gallbladder removed I was told I was turning diabetic
Female | 38
Eating tacos after gallbladder removal can be safe, but it’s important to choose options wisely. High-fat ingredients may lead to digestive discomfort, as your body adapts to changes in fat processing. It’s advisable to opt for lean proteins and plenty of vegetables, while enjoying fewer rich sauces. Monitoring your blood sugar levels is key, especially with a history of glucose sensitivity. Should you experience any concerning symptoms, such as abdominal pain or unusual changes in digestion, please consult your gastroenterologist for personalized guidance. Their expertise will help ensure you maintain a balanced and healthy diet.

I am 18 yeras old.. I actually ate cheetos but the packet was kept open for 2 days in the cupboard..
Female | 18
If you have eaten Cheetos from a bag open for 2 days, you might get a sore stomach, feel sick, or have diarrhea. The reason for this is that when food is left out it gets covered in bacteria. The best way to help yourself is by drinking plenty of fluids such as water or squash eating plain things like toast and rice then resting If your condition deteriorates, visit a gastroenterologist.
