 It is easily treatable through the Ayurveda medicines. 

There are so many causes for low sperm count like varicocele, hyseocele… Some infections, sexually transmitted infections, including gonorrhoea... Ejaculation issues, undescended testicles, Hormone imbalances. 

Problems with sexual intercourse like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, painful intercourse. 

Exposure to radiation, X rays, overheating the testicles.

Also apply and message Shri Gopal tail on your penis three times a week for 2 to 4 minutes. 

Avoid junk food, oily and spicier food, alcohol, tobacco, tension and anxiety. 

Start doing brisk walk or running or cardio exercises for at least 30 min a day. Start doing yoga, pranayama, meditation, Vajroli mudra. Ashwini mudra, kegel exercise for at least 30 min a day. 

Start taking hot milk twice a day.

Hi Shrikant, proper history taking is necessary for proper counseling and treatment. There are too many reasons for early ejaculation and low sperm count. Even there are too many different reasons for these two different issues . So Visit a sexologist for complete investigation.
